🌤️ ALL CLEAR: Storms Have Passed (Hardin & Logan Counties) ⚠️

​Great news for our area! The line of strong thunderstorms has officially pushed south and east out of our tracking zone, and the National Weather Service has let the weather statements expire. We are officially ALL CLEAR from severe weather risks for the rest of the night.

​Conditions will continue to calm down as we head into late evening.

​The National Weather Service has issued a new Special Weather Statement active until 6:30 PM EDT. The main storm line is continuing its tracking southeast and is now primarily impacting the southern half of our coverage area.

​🛑 Current Conditions & Hazards:
​The Storm: As of 5:54 PM, a line of strong thunderstorms was located from Maplewood to Richwood, moving southeast at 35 mph.

​Hazards: Wind gusts up to 45 mph.
​Impacts: Expect gusty winds capable of knocking down tree limbs and blowing around loose yard items or unsecured outdoor objects.

​📍 Specific Local Locations Impacted Include:
​Logan County: Bellefontaine, West Liberty, De Graff, West Mansfield, and Quincy.
​Also Impacting Neighboring Areas: Marysville, Richwood, Urbana, North Lewisburg, and Western Delaware County.

​The National Weather Service has issued an updated Special Weather Statement. Strong thunderstorms continue to push through our area, with a new expiration time of 6:00 PM EDT.

​🛑 Current Conditions & Hazards:
​The Storm: As of 5:26 PM, a line of strong storms was located from Celina extending to 7 miles south of Kenton, moving east at 45 mph.
​Hazards: Wind gusts up to 45 mph and very heavy rain.

​Impacts: Expect gusty winds capable of knocking down tree limbs and blowing around loose items. Heavy downpours will significantly reduce driving visibility and create hydroplaning risks.

​📍 Specific Local Locations Impacted Include:
​Logan County: Bellefontaine, West Liberty, Russells Point, De Graff, Lakeview, Belle Center, West Mansfield, and Chippewa Park.
​Hardin County: Areas in the southern portion of the county (including locations south of Kenton).
