Today is National Senior Health and Fitness Day!
On the last Wednesday in May each year, approximately 100,000 senior adults will participate in activities across the U.S. for National Senior Health and Fitness Day. Let's get our sneakers on and get moving!
Here in Harford County, the senior centers provide opportunities enabling citizens to remain active and healthy. Current programs are scheduled for the Edgewood Activity Center,
Veronica 'Roni' Chenowith Activity Center, Havre de Grace Activity Center and the McFaul Activity Center
