Congratulations to Patty Fedr nutrition services assistant and crossing guard at Nancy Ryles Elementary School, who has been selected as a BSD Achiever for June. BSD Achievers is a program that recognizes the hard work and dedication of BSD staff members. Each month, three honorees are selected from nominations submitted by students, parents/guardians, staff and Beaverton community members.

As stated in her nomination, β€œMs. Patty is the highlight of many students and parents morning and afternoon at the cross walk, and serving lunch to students in the cafeteria. Her high 5s help a lot of kids start their day with a smile and she connects with many families. She is an integral part of the community building that an elementary school is so important for. Her commitment to providing a safe and comfortable place for kids to grow and staff to work is much appreciated.”

Well deserved, Patty!

Stay tuned for a video highlighting both of the June BSD Achievers later today!
