Today, we’re excited to celebrate the launch of The Ties Foundation today💜

The Ties Foundation is a new nonprofit organization created to support adoptees and their loved ones through expanded access to resources, opportunities, and connection.

While The Ties Program and The Ties Foundation are completely separate organizations, they share a common commitment to the adoption community and will exist as sister organizations, each with their own mission, leadership, and work.

To celebrate the launch, The Ties Foundation is kicking things off with Raise Your Hand 🙋‍♀️ A simple $5 gift is a way to show your support and help be part of this new chapter from the very beginning.

And somehow, it’s already the end of August, and we’re still thinking about how much this summer changed us all. 🥹

From new places and new experiences to the moments of connection that are hard to put into words, this summer was one we won’t forget.

The summer may be over, but the memories, connections, and friendships made along the way will stay with us long after the bags are unpacked. ❤️

This month’s theme - Learning as We Grow: Exploring Growth Edges in Adoption Conversations

Adoption conversations can bring up moments where we’re challenged to learn, reflect, and see things differently. This month, we’ll explore those “growth edges” with curiosity, openness, and compassion while making space for meaningful conversation and connection.

What to expect: gentle prompts, space to share (or just listen), and a community that gets it. 💛 We’ll be hosting two intentional spaces: an adoptee-only chat and a parent/loved one chat.
