📢 SECOND PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE – FY 2026 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN & FUNDING APPLICATION 📢

We welcome residents, community organizations, local officials, and other interested parties to attend the second Public Hearing regarding the proposed FY 2026 Annual Action Plan and funding application.

This public hearing provides an opportunity for community members to review and comment on proposed projects, funding priorities, and activities intended to address community development and housing needs throughout Beaver County.

Your input is valuable and helps ensure that funding decisions reflect the needs and priorities of our communities.

Please review the attachment for additional information regarding the proposed FY 2026 Annual Action Plan and funding application.

Throughout his career, he has helped support and implement programs that strengthen neighborhoods, expand access to resources, and improve quality of life for underserved populations.

Tom has successfully contributed to initiatives that have impacted hundreds of families, supported millions in community-based funding efforts, and built strong partnerships that align with our mission of fostering sustainable growth and opportunity across Beaver County. His proven ability to connect strategy with real community impact makes him the ideal leader for this next chapter.
