I was reviewing some of her posts and came up with a couple of thoughts. The first being that since we never heard from her or Doug again about him having to give copies of his videos and documents he must have just gave up on his journalist claim which he is not and gave the defendants what they requested. Lastly, I was wondering about her story she supposedly told someone and that it was going NATIONAL. I guess that was just another one of her duds just like the lawsuits, well guess we will have to wait not only for her but the rulings we are waiting for. One last item, wonder what the Sixth Circuit is going to do about her attorney. That's something I will have to check into.

BREAKING NEWS !!!!! WHEN THEIR ATTORNEY FAILS…
In an opinion from the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals in a separate case, their attorney and his colleague were sanctioned for, you guessed it, filing cited cases that either did not exist, did not include the quoted language he claimed they did, or did not discuss or support the proposition of the case they were presenting. In other words they lied to the Court AGAIN. The Sixth Circuit sanctioned both attorneys and ordered them to each pay a $15K fine and double court cost and the attorneys fees for opposing counsel.

I warned them over a year ago of what their attorney had done in 2017 and was Censured for by the State Bar, lying to the court. He then did it again in the case before Judge Ball and also in their Federal Lawsuit against the City to Judge Atchley who formally CAUTIONED HIM for the same exact issue filing cited cases and opinions that do not exist.
I now ask them to provide a complete video on what the “hiccup” was at the Rule 60 Hearing last year. EXPOSE IT ALL as she is constantly stating. Maybe you should do a documentary on your current attorney, instead of your prior attorneys.

I had theb complete article is linked in the first comment but Facebook said the article violated their policy against Political, Social and Election Issues. This is what happens when AI or unintelligent people can't read. There is nothing here relating to any of those issues..

Latest update on her court cases.

Sevier County - Trial set for June, but Judge Ball is considering a Motion Summary Judgment filed by the City since the Races appraiser came back and agreed with the City's offer of $490k.

Federal Case against the city - Trial set for 2027. Depositions for the Races have been set for March 23rd her husband and for her on March 24th, these should be interesting..

Federal Case against their former attorneys - Trial set for this fall. Waiting to see if her son Doug complied with the subpoena or refuses.

In one of her latest post she states she stumbled across a newspaper article from May 2025. She also states that David Wear stated the his family still has interest in the campground even though they didn't at the time. We'll folks, that is just NOT TRUE, Daivd Wear never stated that in the article, she just wants you to believe her for more sympathy and clicks. The FACTS are he got out in 2021 and his brother was out of it in 2023. Just more misinformation and deception. Their own appraiser stated in an email that the City's appraisal was correct at $490k, something she will never tell her followers. The City has filled for a Summary Judgement due to this information. Lastly, since their attorney has been caught citing non-existent cases again, third time in just over a year, will she even have an attorney for Federal Cases.

Here is some information that she never has mentioned. This information is from the Mountain Press. She leaves a lot of information out in her video which is normal and again is being very deceptive.

The appraiser hired by Mika and Doug Race told them the city’s offer of $490,000 was based on an accurate evaluation, according
to court documents. The city filed a motion to acquire the Ogle Drive property in 2024, saying it was part of the route for a new road. “I was unable to find sufficient comparable residential,
office, retail or business use that would legitimately support a value greater than the $490,000 value estimate,” Charles Smith said.
While Smith said that in an email to the Race family’s attorney, it was filed in court by the attorneys for the city. Pigeon Forge is asking Circuit Court Judge Jeremy Ball for a summary judgment,
saying the finding leaves nothing to argue in court.

I feel your plight, has happened to me numerous times. Some people just can't handle the truth...

This gets the LOL of the week award: I am being reported to Facebook for refusing to change the words of a headline in a major Canadian newspaper. I post less and less here all the time because of the toxic mob mentality. Heck, I can't even tell if anyone starting fights is even real any more.
Those who want to discuss the work I am doing should follow my stuff I am doing with Meidas Canada, Bluesky or substack.

To The Race Family….

You keep saying “we are going to expose it all”, then expose it all and turn over the documents and videos or are you just looking for click bait, or being deceptive as usual.

The Email you sent to their attorney states that your intent is for transparency and completeness, not accusation. Problem is you have constantly accused your old attorneys of malpractice and implied collusion with the city. So if you really want transparency then that works both ways so turn over the videos and all documentation. Even your mom keeps stating that if we could see everything you would know why we are suing for malpractice, but NOW you are refusing to turn over that same information that will supposedly “expose it all”, so again you are being deceptive and mis-leading but with just a sliver of truth so you can say “we don’t lie”,.

If you look back to the beginning myself and others told you not to put this all out on social media cause it would come back to bite you, well guess what, you just got bitten. You have no one to blame for this but yourself, KARMA is “B”……

I ask that you and your mother read a passage in Exodus 20, where it states, “Thou shall not bear false witness against thy neighbor.”

UPDATE:

Her son Doug Jr. has posted that he refuses to hand over all his videos since he now claims he is an independent journalist. What are the hiding, if nothing, just hand them over, but since he refuses they must be hiding something that they don't want out. So much for transparency on their part. The attorneys never said they can't put the documentary out just that they want to see it. Plus, by your mom's own admission, you all have videos and other things you haven't released. Well, now you will. He said he is willing to go to jail, he just may, for contempt of court.

Those videos could prove their case against the attorneys or prove the attorneys case. So why fight, just release the videos, what are you afraid of????

UPDATE ON BELL, CARRINGTONS REQUEST FOR FURTHER DISCOVERY. The Judge has granted the attorneys request for discovery of documents, videos and recordings by Doug Race Jr and Doug Race Creative concerning this case and the documentary he is making concerning the attorneys.

Ok, here are my thoughts on her post just released today. First I don’t email or DM just anyone, but the main reason she no longer wants anyone to send her my emails or DMs, it’s not that it distracts her, the real reason, is now she has to turn over everything concerning her social media, videos, comments, DMs, etc under discovery, to the City and Bell, Carrington, can’t wait to know what the city and the lawyers thinks of her followers. So now she is asking them to send them to the FBI, call the Nashville office or send them to the FBI tip site. Also, she still thinks I’m involved, she is still wrong and still not telling the whole truth.

NEW UPDATE ON THEIR LAWSUIT AGAINST THEIR FORMER ATTORNEYS, BELL, CARRINGTON.

Their former attorneys filled a motion to obtain videos that her son Doug has made. This all came about cause Doug sent an email to the defendants (Bell, Carringtons) Attorney asking for comments on a list of questions concerning the lawsuit for his documentary. The email was sent AFTER DISCOVERY ENDED NOT A SMART MOVE and not very strategic...

She has stated in her interrogatories and deposition that she only had two phone recordings. While she may only have those in her possession, she knew for a fact that her son had more videos and had made videos with her in them and never turned them over during discovery, not a smart move. Again, she is ONLY TELLING HALF THE TRUTH and being deceptive not only on social media but also to the court. The Judge has given her current attorney until Feb 17th to file his response, which he stated in an email back to Bell, Carrington's attorney that he would not agree. We also found out that her son Doug was an active participant at the mediation all the while stating he is not a party to the action.
