Can't wait see if the court rules for or against the Bexar County GOP's attempt to remove independent candidate for Bexar County DA, Jason "tired of this crap" Wolff from the November ballot. Good luck Jason and ALL Bexar County voters!

This petition case goes to court tomorrow on September 1. It wouldn't surprise us if the Judge immediately rules from the bench.

We watched with embarrassment the skillful questioning by State Rep. Shelby Slawson (R-Granbury). of Bastrop City Manage Sylvia Carrillo and Mayor Ishmael Harris. We think the two got busted by their own testimony

TCEQ closed Pacifico’s second deficiency cycle after one day and logged supervisory review on September 2. Registration 185019 remains pending, with unresolved emissions, ORC, enforceability and PSD questions.

Since they didn't pass the amendment today, the Judge or any three of the four commissioners may call a special meeting with 72 hours notice and pass a resolution to send to TCEQ. If you want them to do this
