The DeWolf Scholarship Committee is pleased to announce the recipient of the 2026 Dewolf scholarship. Mr. Sig Iverson is awarded $1000 to study Fire Science at Lakes Region Community College. Mr. Iverson is a senior at Pinkerton Academy. Congratulations.

I would like to also recognize the committee itself who for the last twenty years have volunteered their time and efforts to not only remember and honor Chris, but to also honor the traditions of the fire service in giving back and trying to make it better for the next generation. Thank you Paul St. Cyr, Pete Heny, David Blatchford, Jeffery Hudick and Frank Avellino.

There is still time to get your 2026 applications in for this years scholarship. Applications are accepted until april 10th towards a degree in Fire Science or Paramedic.

We are now accepting applications for the 2026 scholarship. Eligibility is you must be enrolled in an accredited college fire science or paramedic degree program and must have graduated from either a NH or Maine high school. Applications accepted until April 10th, 2026. This will be the 21st year we have given out scholarships honoring Chris.

Speaking on behalf of the entire committee, it has been an honor to carry on Chris' work and his memory. We have also been fortunate to work with some very dedicated people who have served on this committee over the past 21 years. Most important, are the dozens of firefighters who have received this award and continue Lt. DeWolf's legacy into the next generation.

The Scholarship committee continues to provide scholarships each year for those that are seeking advance fire service education. This is possible thanks to the generous support of you the community.

The Lieutenant Christopher DeWolf Memorial Scholarship Committee is pleased to announce the recipients of the 2025 Scholarship award. This year we have awarded two scholarships.
Ms. Claire Mooney is a graduate of Winnacunnet High School and currently attends Lakes Region Community college and Great Bay Community college. She is studying Fire Science.
Mr. Chad Sidlowski attends Pelham High School. In the fall he will be attending Lakes Region Community college studying Fire Science.
Congratulations to both recipients. We wish you the best in both school and beyond.

The Lieutenant Christopher DeWolf Memorial Scholarship Committee is pleased to announce the recipient of the 2024 Scholarship award. Mr. Tyler Howe will be studying Paramedicine at New Hampshire Technical Institute. Mr. Howe is a resident of Barrington and is a senior at Dover Regional High School. Congratulations Tyler.
