Lots folks visiting Forest Haven lately and doing an enormous amount of vandalizing and demolition. Please stop. Be respectful of the history of that place and stop destroying it.

I’ve heard this Chapel has been defiled and completely destroyed. What a shame!

Been a while since we last posted- this place is in Central Maryland near a well known government facility. Famous place at first that soon became notorious for terrible conditions.

Currently sits untouched, and is beautiful to photograph in any season. Where am I?

Friends of Abandoned in Maryland- we are saddened to hear that what's left of the Enchanted Forest was dismantled last year and destroyed to make way for more development. The remaining relics can still be found at Clark's Elioak Farm on route 108. What were some of your favorite memories of the place?

Thanks to Michelle Fettig for this

Sadly this house is no longer standing. It was a favorite of mine while going to Breezy Point in Calvert County.

Thanks for this Randy Jennings!

For our xmass get away, we went to Smith Island, MD and this is my favorite photo from that trip. Th isalnd's population is down to about 280 and falling. There are several abandoned houses. I took the pic after it had been raiing for days, hence the front yard moat.
