Ok, some of my Minnesota friends have asked what OWI means. OWI stands for "Operating While Intoxicated." It would be in the same category as Minnesota's DUI, which stands for "Driving Under the Influence." Now you all can put that bumper sticker on your vehicles and spread the word!!
