We are hiring! Western Wisconsin Health is looking for both a casual AND full-time (0.75 FTE) Dialysis RN.
The full-time (0.75 FTE) position includes a $6000 signing bonus - $3000 paid on the first paycheck and $3000 paid after 6 months of employment.
Responsibilities for these positions include providing safe, high-quality nursing care to patients receiving hemodialysis treatment in the inpatient and outpatient settings. Under the direction of the Manager of Ambulatory Services, the RN performs patient assessments, administers dialysis treatments and medications, monitors patient response, and intervenes appropriately during complications or emergencies. The RN collaborates with nephrologists and the interdisciplinary care team to support optimal patient outcomes, promote patient education and self-management, and ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory standards, infection prevention practices, and quality improvement initiatives.
