✔️ Must be qualified tips from an eligible tipped occupation
✔️ Income limits apply

⏰ Qualified Overtime
🚨 This does NOT mean ALL of your overtime pay is tax-free!

For qualifying time-and-a-half overtime, generally only the extra “half” is deductible.

Example:
$20 regular rate → $30 overtime rate
➡️ The qualifying portion is generally $10/hour

✔️ Up to $12,500 per taxpayer
✔️ Up to $25,000 Married Filing Jointly
✔️ Income limits and other requirements apply
