Your Miranda Rights exist to protect you during a custodial interrogation. If you’re arrested and questioned by law enforcement, you have the right to stay silent and the right to have an attorney present. Using those rights is smart.

Knowing your rights is the first step to protecting them. ⚖️

Jennifer successfully obtained a dismissal of a felony fraud case after her 995 motion was granted, giving her client, Kawandra Andry, the opportunity to move forward without a felony conviction.

Now, Kawandra is looking ahead to an exciting new chapter as she prepares to graduate from college this year. Congratulations, Jennifer, on this incredible victory and for helping your client move forward with confidence! 👏🎉

Another life-changing victory in the books. Through dedicated post conviction advocacy, Cynda helped her client, Carey Smith, receive a resentencing from 25 years to life down to 9 years.

Congratulations to our incredible Post Conviction Attorney CYNDA BUNTON for giving two of our clients (who were sentenced back in 1997 and 1999 & thought they’d never see their families outside of prison again) a second chance at life!
