Memorial Day. Remember and honor all our troops that have been lost. Take a moment to think of them when you are having barbeques and heading to the beach.
It was a pleasure to attend the Memorial Day service this morning at Hatteras UMC. Many thanks to the CHSS band for playing all the US Military Hymns, thank you to all the service men and women who attended, and thank you to all who planned and participated in the service. πŸ™

Today was the day! Our crews were out changing signs along sections of NC12 where seasonal speed limits are in place. Please be aware of increased traffic, bicyclists and pedestrians as we head into the busy season. Let's make it a safe summer!
