What a great morning yesterday at the annual Livingston County Farm Bureau Farm Fest, hosted this year at Coyne Farms!

After helping with setup Friday night, it was fabulous to walk in Saturday morning and see people everywhere. So many friends, families, and familiar faces coming together to celebrate agriculture right here in Livingston County.

This farm and the families who have operated it over the years have played a role in who I am today. There are a lot of memories and connections here, and for that I will always be grateful.

Thank you to everyone who made Farm Fest happen. There is a lot of planning, preparation, and hard work that goes on behind the scenes to put an event like this together, and it is very much appreciated.

It was an honor to join the Nunda community yesterday as we marked the 25th anniversary of September 11, 2001, and remembered one of Nunda’s own, William “Billy” Donovan Jr., who lost his life at the Pentagon that day.

Twenty-five years later, we continue to honor Billy, all those we lost, the first responders who answered the call, and the families whose lives were forever changed.

We will never forget. 🇺🇸

Today, on Patriot Day, we pause to remember the nearly 3,000 lives lost on September 11, 2001, and honor the courage of the first responders, service members, and everyday Americans who answered tragedy with extraordinary bravery.

May we never forget those we lost, the heroes who ran toward danger, and the unity that brought our nation together in the days that followed.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget.

What a great day Sunday at the Farming Sumbich 9th Annual Show in Caledonia!

It was wonderful to see the community come together for a fun day while supporting such an important cause, Alzheimer’s research.

Happy Labor Day!

Today, we recognize the hardworking men and women who keep our communities moving forward—from our skilled trades and manufacturing workforce to our farmers, healthcare workers, first responders, small business employees and so many others.

Here in the 133rd District, hard work is more than a tradition—it’s part of who we are.

Thank you to everyone who gets up each day, puts in the work, and helps make our communities stronger. I’m proud to stand with you and continue speaking up for Upstate New York’s working families in Albany.

It was great visiting with Jim, Steve and Brian with AJ Glass at their new facility in Farmington.

Understanding how businesses across the 133rd District operate—and the challenges they face—is an important part of representing them in Albany. Policies that may make sense on paper or be designed with New York City in mind don’t always work for businesses here in Upstate New York.
These conversations give me the firsthand knowledge I need to advocate for our employers, speak up when policies don’t fit our communities, and make sure the voices of our local businesses are heard.

I appreciate the partnership we’ve built over the last couple of years and look forward to continuing it. Thank you to the team at AJ Glass for taking the time to visit with me!
