Bilang pakiki-isa sa pagdiriwang ng 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧'𝐬 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡, aktibong naki-isa ang mga kawani ng 𝐏𝐂𝐀-𝐀𝐏𝐂𝐃𝐂 sa ginanap na 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧'𝐬 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 sa bayan ng 𝐃𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐧. Ipinakita sa okasyong ito ang pagkilala sa mahalagang papel ng kababaihan sa lipunan bilang ilaw ng tahanan, katuwang sa pag-unlad, at inspirasyon ng bawat komunidad.

Sa pamamagitan ng iba't-ibang aktibidad, patuloy nating isinusulong ang pagkakapantay-pantay, respeto, at pagbibigay lakas sa kababaihan sa lahat ng larangan. Sama-sama tayong magbigay-pugay sa husay, lakas at dedikasyon ng bawat babae.

A short program was conducted by the staff of 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐮𝐭 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 - Aurora Province Coconut Development Center (𝐏𝐂𝐀-𝐀𝐏𝐂𝐃𝐂) in 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧'𝐬 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔.

With the theme "𝐖𝐄 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐄𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐲" and the sub-theme "𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐋𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐲𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐬, 𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐬!", the activity recognized the important role and contributions of women in society. The program also gave recognition to the women employees of the center and was highlighted by the participation of all staff in a fun 𝐙𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐚 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲, promoting health, unity and camaraderie in the workplace.

𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐮𝐭 𝐇𝐲𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐍𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬 (𝐓𝐎𝐓) 𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐮𝐭 𝐇𝐲𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐍𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 was successfully conducted at APCDC, bringing together dedicated agriculturists, technicians, and coconut development workers committed to strengthening the coconut industry.

The activity focused on enhancing participants’ knowledge and skills on the proper techniques in coconut hybridization, including pollen collection and processing, controlled pollination, and hybrid seed production. Participants were also trained on best practices in nursery management such as seed selection, seedling care, and maintenance to ensure the production of high-quality hybrid coconut planting materials.

This training serves as an important step in supporting the programs of the Philippine Coconut Authority to increase coconut productivity, promote the use of superior hybrid varieties, and empower trainers who will cascade their knowledge to farmers and stakeholders.

Through this initiative, APCDC continues its commitment to developing skilled trainers and promoting sustainable coconut production for the benefit of the coconut farming communities.

𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒: 𝐀 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝟑-𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟐𝟖–𝟑𝟎 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐂𝐀-𝐀𝐏𝐂𝐃𝐂 𝐃𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐧, 𝐀𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐫𝐚.

The Department of Agriculture - Agricultural Training Institute (DA-ATI) Region III facilitated the event, with PCA Aurora agriculturists serving as resource speakers.

Farmers were trained on Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) in coconut farming to help improve their harvest, ensure product quality, and promote safe and sustainable farming.

This training supports the continuous learning of local farmers and aims to strengthen the coconut industry in the province.
