Click here for survey: https://missouri.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_38emTQxQYyPupkG

The University of Missouri Extension has asked if we would help in a research project.

If you are 18 or older, we are asking you to participate in a survey. This survey is designed to gather information on your experiences related to food access in rural Missouri. The survey is anonymous and will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.

The purpose of this research project is to enhance food access and nutrition security in underserved rural communities in Missouri through data analysis, community engagement, and technical assistance. Please share so we can get as many responses as possible. Thank you!
