The World AIDS Marathon is an initiative of Richard Brodsky, Richard collaborates with the Kisumu World AIDS Marathon Group who raises the funds and organizes all the logistics for the marathon. Since 2006 the World AIDS Marathon (WAM) has been held each year in Kisumu, Kenya on World AIDS Day, which is 1 December. The marathon brings together runners from all walks of life, including some of the

most vulnerable in the community, from all over the world. The World AIDS Marathon in Kisumu is playing an important role in helping to break down the barriers of stigma associated with HIV. Participants and volunteers alike want people to know that no matter what a person’s HIV status we can come together to support and encourage each other to live healthier lives.

Registration is open for the 19th annual 5K AIDS Cancer Run Walk (live or virtual for people in USA and Canada) and toddler run. This will likely be our best tshirt ever, u will agree when u open registration link, pizza, gelato, wraps, all roundfoods baked goods, starbucks, fruit cup, heroes, $500 and $250 donations to 501 c 3 charity to whichever team has most registration dollars. No charge for people living with HIV or cancer, $1,300 gift card package to fastest runners, past 3 years everyone who stayed till end won a raffle prize, 100 medals or trophies,
