once again stable, must have a balance of Light and Dark: one mustn’t triumph over the other. There is only one who can bring about this coexistence and ensure the balance of the world. The day will come when one of the sons of Anicrad will be born and this child, at the ripe age of six years after ten, must begin his journey; a quest to shift the weight of sin and enlightenment towards the center. There will come a day in the month of February when the seventh son of a seventh son will be born and, with the power granted rightfully to him by the gods, he: with the help of other Sevenths, shall either balance the world, or corrupt it.”

DELINQUENT DIVISION
D.D is a TOP SECRET division of the Central Intelligence Agency and the Department of Defense; not even the president has the clearance to know anything that goes on within its walls or about mission details in the field. The D.D. uses children as young as 14 to carry out assassinations and intelligence gathering. These children are trained mercenaries and are the most dangerous people in the world; having been trained in various fighting forms, weapons, and battle tactics/strategies and espionage. Information about the D.D.’s happenings was leaked. In response, co-chairs Cole and Nicole Schwartz ordered Protocol Zeta; a last resort to eliminate any and all threats to the D.D. and its practices. However, three operatives managed to keep their lives and vowed to bring the D.D. to its knees for the betrayal of its people.
