As of August 15th, the beautiful Bond House is SOLD!! Congratulations to the buyers, who plan to use it as a second home to host friends and family for UGA game days.

I am so grateful to have been a part of this property's history, and can't wait to see it come back to life with a new family who appreciates it!

The final reveal event for The Bond House will be a formal Masquerade Ball on New Year's Eve! Get ready to ring in the New Year with great music, delicious food, an open bar, professional photographers, fireworks, and fantastic company. This event is the perfect way to meet many of the vendors that contributed to this incredible project and ring in the New Year with a bang! We are getting close to the end of our renovation journey and all of the fun things are happening! Tile & cabinets have been the primary focus lately. Soon light & plumbing fixtures, paint, and the finishing touches. We are 3-4 weeks away from the final reveal!

Thank you Historic Athens for shining a light on us! We are so grateful for the opportunity to bring love and life back into this gorgeous icon of Athens this year. And we are SO excited to unveil the finished product in about a month! Stay tuned 🤩

Update: We are getting moving! Framing is up for new half bath, master walk in closet, master bath water closet, and the laundry room/pantry. And kitchen flooring is in 🙌🏻
Plumbing and electrical prep work the next 2 weeks, then we’re ready to put in tile!
