Our Speaker will be Rebecca Black, founder of Jambos, a non-profit organization in Buford.

Jambo’s purpose is to provide pajamas to children who are homeless or placed in foster care in our county.

Please bring a pair or pairs of pajamas for teenagers or young adults. We will have a bin for you to place them in.

We will also recognize our veterans for their commendable service to our great USA!!

Please mark your calendars for our meetings every 2nd and 4th Tuesday.

Jonathan Brilling from the Auditory Verbal Center will be our speaker tomorrow. Through the auditory verbal approach, they teach children with mild hearing loss to profound deafness to listen and speak WITHOUT the use of sign language or lip reading. It will be a very interesting presentation!

Kris Miller, founder of Don't Make It Weird Mental Health, will be our speaker tomorrow, July 22nd. She will share her passion and purpose for starting this community resource center in downtown Buford. From educational classes and events to peer support, the array of resources available is so important to everyone at any stage of life.

Come hear how the Gwinnett Fraternal Order of Police has been impacting families in need in Gwinnett County for over 30 years. Connie Chesser, Past President and a passionate advocate for this important cause, will be sharing about their Cops and Kids Back to School and Cops and Kids Christmas initiatives with us on Tuesday, July 8.
