We want to congratulate our 2026-2027 Paulding Rising S.T.A.R.S. (Support, Training, Advancement, Reflection and Success).
The program, created by PCSD Professional Learning Coordinator Trina Williams, is designed to provide 2nd and 3rd year teachers with a comprehensive framework for personal and professional growth.
Through collaboration, practical classroom strategies, and meaningful reflection, Haley Clayton, Kerri Clark, Mackenzie Perry, Sarah Wood, Madison Nicolai, and Natasha Sargent will build confidence and strengthen their teaching practice.
Join us in celebrating their commitment to learning and the students they serve!

For the first time in North Paulding Wolfpack Volleyball history, North Paulding will be playing in the Elite 8 round of the State Playoffs!
We also want to congratulate the North Paulding HS Softball team!! They will be playing in the Elite 8 round of the State Playoffs!

Human Resources hosted a reception Tuesday afternoon at the Board of Education for the eight winners surrounded by district and school leaders, peers and families.

*Champion for Children and Golden Apple winner: Eliana Figueroa - Spanish teacher at North Paulding High School.
*Customer Service: Troy Hiner - Teacher at Paulding County High School.
*Going Above & Beyond: Donnette Blankenship - Lead Custodian at Northside Elementary.
*Innovation & Creativity: Katrina Munson - Computer Science Teacher at Dobbins Middle School.
*Making a Difference: Judy Cauthen - 3rd Grade Teacher at Allgood Elementary School.

You are invited to a community conversation on Nov. 16, 2026, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at P.B. Ritch Middle School.
Over the past five years, our Strategic Plan has provided a clear roadmap for continuous improvement and has helped guide important decisions that support student success.
As we begin developing our next five-year Strategic Plan, we have an opportunity to build on that momentum and shape an even stronger future for our students, staff, families, and community.
An effective strategic plan must reflect the needs, priorities, and aspirations of the people we serve. That is why community engagement is such a vital part of this process.
Before the plan is developed, we want to hear directly from stakeholders across Paulding County and gather meaningful input that will help guide our work for years to come.

Congratulations to Mrs. Jennifer Roberts, an Aviation, Robotics, Electronics, and Mechatronics Pathway teacher at the Paulding College & Career Academy. She is now among dozens of Georgia educators who gather at Georgia Tech every fall and spring to exchange ideas, explore new learning opportunities, and strengthen a growing professional learning community through the Rural Computer Science Initiative.
The Initiative is in its fifth year, and increases awareness and knowledge in key areas in the field of computer science among high school students.

We are excited to announce the seven REACH Scholarship winners in Paulding County for the Class of 2031!
Congratulations to Ayen Glen and Layla Morris from Carl Scoggins, Sr. Middle School, Zoey Alegrand from Dobbins Middle School, Kenssy Jean from East Paulding Middle School, Kara Nostrom and Daniel Martinez from Austin Middle School, and Phoenix Moon from Moses Middle School Titans.

The REACH Georgia Scholarship Program is a statewide initiative that supports academically promising students on their path to higher education. Through a combination of mentorship, academic support, and scholarship opportunities, REACH helps students stay focused on their goals, graduate from high school, and pursue college or technical education in Georgia.
