EVENT CANCELLED — Friday, September 11

Unfortunately, Mother Nature has won this round. Due to the continued rain and lightning in the area, both tonight’s concert and the Alpharetta Moonlight Market have been cancelled.

The safety of our artists, makers, musicians, guests, and event staff always comes first, and the ongoing lightning makes it unsafe to continue with tonight’s events.

Thank you to everyone who came out and supported our vendors before the weather moved in, and especially to our amazing artists and makers who worked so hard to set up today.

🌙 We’ll be back Friday, September 25 from 5–10 PM! Please come see us then for another evening of local art, live music, food, drinks, and community in Downtown Alpharetta.

Stay safe and dry, everyone — we’ll see you on September 25!

🐾 Families in the Special Needs Community are invited to spend the afternoon with us and some very good dogs!

Saturday, September 12
1:00pm–2:30pm

Come meet some therapy dogs from the Alliance of Therapy Dogs, watch demonstrations and learn more about the work they do in our community.

This FREE event is part of the Exceptional Events Program made possible by City of Alpharetta Recreation, Parks, Cultural Services. All ages are welcome! Hands-on activities include fun leash-making and yummy dog biscuit baking, with the finished creations donated to local shelters and rescue groups. And, there will be treats and goodies for the humans, too! 🧁

Join us in remembering Dolly Parton next Saturday on Sept. 19.

As part of our Eclectic lawn Concert Series on the Lawn and Terrace at the Alpharetta Arts Center .run performs their Dolly Parton tribute show “Here I come Again”.

The performance is Run Katie Run’s nod to Dolly Parton and everything she’s contributed to the world throughout her decades-long career. The roots-rock band takes Dolly’s greatest hits and adds their own flare to these country & pop classics.

Katie Coleman (lead singer) has often been compared to Parton and enjoys adding in fun trivia that she’s learned about Dolly’s life, live show, accomplishments, and songs. Run Katie Run has been playing at Dollywood- Dolly Parton’s theme park in Pigeon Forge, TN- for the past 5 years and their bond to Parton and her catalog of songs is continually strengthened every year.

Save the date and be sure to experience this inspirational and uplifting show of Dolly’s songs!

Performance will be on the terrace with audience on the lawn. Be sure to bring chairs, blanket, and a picnic for a night like you have never experienced.
