Come out tomorrow morning at 10am to join Mayor Connie Alsobrook, City of Conyers, GA council members and staff, as we celebrate our Arbor Day Celebration & Treasures in the Trees with a guided walk with the Master Gardener of Rockdale County. Also, we have a very special young surprise guest joining us to add a splash of color to our community garden!

Presented about honeybees at Dr Hawkin’s 3rd grade class. Great group of children. Thank you Dr Hawkins for inviting RSWCD to discuss why bees are important and the three main factors harming honeybees (Varroa Mites, Pesticides, and Habitat Loss). It was fun and I enjoyed hearing the students’ ideas about how to save the honeybee. Thank you.
