Whether you’re at a party, a bar, or a tailgate this weekend, small habits keep everyone safer:

🔹 Check in with friends throughout the night
🔹 Watch drinks — yours and theirs
🔹 If someone seems too impaired to consent, help them get somewhere safe
🔹 Trust your gut if something feels off — and act on it

Looking out for each other is one of the easiest ways to prevent harm before it happens. 🧡

Here’s what we want every man to know: it doesn’t matter what you were wearing, how much you had to drink, or whether you fought back. It’s not your fault, and support is available to you. 💙

Consent isn’t complicated, but it’s often misunderstood. Real consent is:

✔️ Freely given — no pressure or manipulation
✔️ Reversible — anyone can change their mind, anytime
✔️ Informed — everyone knows what they’re agreeing to
✔️ Enthusiastic — an actual yes, not just silence
✔️ Specific — saying yes to one thing isn’t saying yes to everything

That’s the FRIES model — a great place to start the conversation with the people you love.
