Calling all District 6 families! 🎒✨ This event is truly special to me, and as a former PTA parent and a student myself, Love T. Nolan Elementary holds a very dear spot in my heart—and my daughter's, too!

We are so excited to support our future leaders and ensure they have everything they need for a successful school year. Please join us for a Back to School Carnival and Supply Giveaway! We will have backpacks, essential school supplies, food, and tons of fun for elementary age children. We want to celebrate the return to the classroom with all of you! 🎉🍎

I am so excited to partner with South Fulton Parks & Recreation for the L.I.T. (Leaders In Training) Teen Takeover! We’ve got everything you need for the perfect Friday night:
🎮 Game Trucks
🏀 3-on-3 Basketball
🎤 Live Entertainment
💸 100% FREEEEEE
And yes... the South Fulton Police Department already told me THEY GON BE DEEP! 👮🏾‍♂️🚓 So if your teens suddenly act on their absolute best behavior when you pull up to the park, now you know why!
Parents, this is your perfect chance to get a well-deserved break from hearing: “I’m bored”... while they stand in a house with high-speed WiFi, snacks, central air, 7 streaming apps, and a phone bill higher than the car note. 📱🙄
Just one rule for the parents: PLEASE don't embarrass your kids trying to jump into the 3-on-3 basketball games talking about "I still got it." If you have to wear a knee brace just to cut the grass, hang it up. Let the kids have this one! 🛑😂

Celebrating wisdom, grace, and legacy! ✨
District 6 was proud to join Mayor Carmalitha Gumbs, Councilmember Aaron V. Johnson, and the entire City of South Fulton family to honor our incredible seniors for Older Americans Month. The Senior Legacy Event at Welcome All Park was a beautiful afternoon filled with unity, elegance, and so much joy.
From an amazing brunch catering experience and refreshing mocktail bar to getting on our feet for some line dancing, our seniors showed us exactly how to celebrate life! It was a true privilege to present awards to some of our most active seniors, recognizing their unmatched dedication and lasting impact on our community.
Our seniors truly are the foundation of South Fulton, and we are forever grateful for the wisdom and leadership they continue to pour into us. Take a look at some of my favorite highlights from this elegant all-white celebration! 🤍

Another month of service, another major success for the Sensational 6! 🥦The energy at Creel Park was incredible for our monthly food distribution. We are so grateful to everyone who stopped by, and a massive thank you to our amazing partners, Facts to Thrive and the Atlanta Community Food Bank, along with our rockstar volunteers for making it all happen.
