Georgia Legislative Black Caucus The GLBC is the largest black caucus in the United States.

The Georgia Legislative Black Caucus (GLBC) was founded in 1973 to enable black legislators to form strategies for dealing with specific legislative issues, to develop an agenda, and to create an outreach program for their constituency. The Georgia Legislative Black Caucus, Inc., is a non-profit, with the mission to educate and inspire those with the ability to enact legislation that affects people of color and the disadvantaged in the State of Georgia.
