The new scouting year is officially off to an incredible, fast-paced start!

We kicked things off with a fantastic, fun-filled meeting of mini-golf and ice cream, followed by an epic patrol relay race at the next meeting! Up next, the scouts will be diving into their partially started merit badges and plotting out our highly anticipated first camping trip to New Hampshire in the coming weeks. 🎉

Best of all, today was capped off with a spectacular Eagle Scout Ceremony for Aidan Tally! It was a wonderful ceremony that truly highlighted his outstanding accomplishments and hard work on his journey to Eagle. Huge congratulations to Aidan and the entire Tally family! 🦅✨

This past Friday, several members of the Mayflower Council came together at the National Jamboree to hold an unforgettable Eagle Scout Board of Review for the Mayflower's newest Eagle Scout, Aidan T. of Troop 232 Ashland. A special thanks to all of our Scouters and volunteers that made this possible, and congratulations to Aidan!

Another incredible summer camp is officially in the books! The boys earned a mountain of merit badges, single-handedly kept the camp store in business, and absolutely dominated the WIBIT. It was a week filled with growth, endless laughs, and unforgettable memories—and don't worry, the leaders managed to sneak in a little fun of their own, too!

What an epic weekend! The troop headed to Maine for some wild white water rafting and camping! The scouts braved the Kennebec River rapids, losing one scout to the river, just temporarily! After rafting, we vegged out by the pool and fire, because why not?

Camp Bomazeen let us tag along to their jamboree and we even got to join the fun! Oh, and we had a minor detour due to a deer, let's just say the van didn't pass the deer test, but the troop did! It was a trip the troop will remember for a long time, maybe with some therapy.

In honor of the upcoming Memorial Day holiday, the troop proudly celebrated Ashlands veterans by carefully replacing all flags at cemeteries throughout town this morning.

Our scouts spent an action-packed weekend camping at Camp Resolute and testing their limits on the ropes courses at Boundless Adventures!

The Troop enjoyed a phenomenal weekend, highlighted by a wonderful ceremony honoring our older scout Austin Turncliff and warmly welcoming 13 new scouts during the Blue and Gold Ceremony.

The Troop was told our sleepover at Battleship Cove was canceled, but we rapidly switched gears and made it a day trip. The Scouts and Leaders had a total blast on all three ships, what great day!

Troop 232 had a fantastic time at Camp Wanockset in New Hampshire, where they went sliding so much they wore out a sled, completed a demanding 5 mile winter hike, and successfully fixed a damaged trailer.
