AFSA Chapter 254

AFSA Chapter 254 The professional military organization of choice for military members, veterans, retirees and families.

AFSA is your Air Force enlisted organization dedicated solely to the people behind the stripes. We are all enlisted grades of Air Force Active Duty, Air National Guard, and Air Force Reserve Command, retired, veteran and family members. We are the men and women who have a long and rich heritage of being the force behind the high-tech machinery, a well-educated decision-making force, people who mak

e procurement recommendations, and we are those who work on systems and platforms and assist in research and development of America’s superb AIRPOWER. We are the people that have invested their lives in the cause of freedom.

A sincere thank you to everyone who joined us for yesterday’s AFSA Chapter 254 General Meeting!

A very special thank you to Dr. Keith “KC” Castille, CMSgt (Ret) Keith Castille , for making the trip to spend the afternoon with us. We know your drive was more than an hour each way, and we’re incredibly grateful for the time, wisdom, and genuine passion you shared with our members. Your message challenged us to lead with progress over perfectionism,

We’d also like to extend our appreciation to CMSgt Perkins, our Command Chief, for stopping by to support our chapter. Your presence meant a great deal to our members and is a testament to the importance of partnerships that strengthen our Airmen, Guardians, and military community.

Finally, thank you to everyone who took time out of your day to attend our 3 p.m. meeting. Your engagement, thoughtful questions, and commitment to professional development made the afternoon a success.

We appreciate each of you and look forward to seeing you at our next event!

Financial readiness is about more than dollars and cents, it’s about preparing yourself and your family for life’s unexpected moments. No matter where you are in your financial journey, it’s never too late to take control of your future.

This professional development session is not intended to replace the incredible support available through our Military & Family Readiness Center. Instead, our hope is that it sparks meaningful conversations, encourages you to evaluate your financial goals, and connects you with resources that may be underutilized.

Whether you’re just starting out, planning for retirement, or simply looking to strengthen your financial foundation, this session has something to offer.

We encourage you to invest two hours in yourself and your future. Please RSVP using the link below and join us on 9 July at Smallwood Hall. We look forward to seeing you there.

Thank you to everyone who attended the Fort Meade All Call hosted by Air Force Sergeants Association Chapter 254 yesterday. We were truly honored to host Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force David Wolfe and Dr. Doniel Wolfe for such an impactful discussion.

CMSAF Wolfe and Dr. Wolfe spoke candidly about CSAF priorities, the challenges military members and families face, resilience, and the importance of supporting Airmen across the force. They also took the time to thoughtfully answer questions from attendees, creating a meaningful and engaging conversation.

More than anything, the room could feel how deeply they care about people and the future of our Air Force. It was clear we are being led by the right people at the right time to help drive the meaningful changes our force needs.

Thank you again to everyone who attended and helped make this event such a success.
