BCART (Barter Committee of Agrarian Reforms & Trade)

1. Trade by goods and service, and not by coin or credit. Let all exchanges be fair, direct, and without currency, for value lies in labor and necessity, not in gold or fortune.

2. Honor the craft and cultivation of others. All skills, from soil-tilling to stone-working, are sacred. Let no trade be seen as lesser in the eyes of the community.

3. Do not exploit, hoard, nor profit from another's need. Trade not in desperation, nor raise thy value by the scarcity of others. Let all dealings be mutual and just.

4. Offer aid before advantage. In times of need, give freely when able. Let the strength of the many protect the weakness of the one.

5. Do not establish kings, masters, nor overlords. No man or woman shall rule above the circle. Let decisions be made in assembly, with equal voice for all.

6. Labor in dignity and rest in respect. Work shall be done with purpose, and no soul shall be driven beyond what is fair and humane.

7. Do not defile the land, for it is the root of all sustenance. Cultivate with care, build with balance, and leave no poison where food and future must grow.

8. Resolve disputes in council, not in secrecy or violence. Let grievances be spoken in the open, judged by the wisdom of the many.

9. Keep the word in trade. A barter agreed upon is a pact of honor. Break it not, lest the community withdraw its trust.

10. Teach and share the knowledge as freely as the goods. Let the young and willing learn. Pass on your skill, for knowledge is the truest wealth.
