Back to back events - join us Wed., Sept. 16th, for our weekly Farmers Market on the Rum (3-7pm) and our Rockin' on the Rum - Hitchville concert (6-8pm) at Riverfront Memorial Park, 2201 2nd Ave.

With up to 20 farmers, bakers, and makers, enjoy browsing through the booths and selecting from fresh produce, cheeses, sauces, baked goods, flowers, and so much more!

Plus, get ready for Hitchville to take the stage at 6pm and enjoy a fantastic night of country music! 🎶

Food trucks on site, Anoka Halloween Inc. will have a booth selling Halloween merch, plus, the Anoka Lions Club will be selling adult beverages as a part of the Anoka Social District.

The City of Anoka is accepting applications to fill summer/fall seasonal positions for golf maintenance at Green Haven Golf Course. Individuals must be at least 18 years of age and must be able to work outside in all weather conditions.

Duties include mowing, trimming, raking & garbage maintenance.
Wage: $16-$20/hr.

Position Hours: Mon-Wed 6am-2pm, Thurs-Fri 6am-11am & Sat-Sun 6am-9am
NOTE: Some flexibility in weekday hours is available, (we offer 2-3 or 4-day shifts or weekend only shifts). Start times are NOT negotiable. Every third weekend is required.

These temporary positions will work through November, depending on weather.
