Today at Fort Indiantown Gap, the Pennsylvania Army National Guard conducted a Change of Responsibility ceremony for our Command Chief Warrant Officer.
We bid farewell to Chief Warrant Officer 5 Darren Dreher and thanked him for his outstanding leadership and dedication to our Warrant Officer Cohort. His contributions to technical readiness and mentorship have left a lasting impact on our force.
At the same time, we welcomed Chief Warrant Officer 5 Jason Etling into his new role as Command Chief Warrant Officer. As the senior warrant officer advisor, CW5 Etling will play a vital part in driving readiness, talent management, and technical excellence across our ranks.
Congratulations to both CW5 Etling and CW5 Dreher on their continued service to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and our nation.

I was deeply honored by the warm welcome myself and Travis Davis, Executive Deputy Secretary for the Pennsylvania Department of Military and Veterans Affairs received today at Senator Katie Muth's 7th Annual Veterans Expo.

Events like this remind us of the enduring strength, service, and sacrifice of the men and women who have worn our nation’s uniform.

The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs carries a solemn obligation, one we hold at the very heart of our mission, to care for Servicemembers, Veterans, and their Families.

It was great spending time with so many of you, including a very special group from our Southeastern Veterans' Center.

Your courage inspires us to work each day with purpose, gratitude, and commitment.

Thank you again for making today so meaningful.
