She bravely asked if she could pray. When a child volunteers to lead the group in prayer for the first time I think we get a glimpse of what Jesus meant when He said we need childlike faith. All trust, no fear—just a small voice saying “I love you. Thank you for loving me”. Pretty sure that sums up what He wanted us to know He desired—trust without reservation, obedience without fear—all wrapped up in love.

Another Blessing Box filled—this one in Warner! Among other things, Crossing Kids use their offering to fill blessing boxes in the communities they call home. This CKid shopped—learned a bit about the price of groceries!—and got within 29 cents of his $40, a new record! We love to be the kids Jesus uses to help our neighbors!

Another Blessing Box filled—this one in Vian! Crossing Kids use their offering to fill blessing boxes in the communities they call home. With her parents and brother this CKid shopped, spent within 40 cents of the money allotted (that’s some good shopping!) and filled that box! Great job from all involved! We love to be the kids Jesus uses to help our neighbors!

Eleven Crossing Kids went to DayCamp at Tenkiller Baptist Assembly in Cookson. 11 great 1st through 3rd grade kids who listened, played hard, sang loud and participated fully in whatever was presented. The church of the future is in great hands because these awesome kids are growing up to be fully devoted disciples of Christ.
