Mr. Roussel is a LICSW, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. Mr. Roussel has a master’s degree in social work from the University of New Hampshire. Mr. Roussel has been affiliated with UPMA and has provided ZOOM training to us in the past. He also travels to our national conventions to provide training to our membership.

This training will assist you in understanding what factors into determining the level of your office. We will discuss how Work Service Credits (WSC’s) are earned and areas that you can work towards possibly upgrading your office level. Discussion will be held on the ZOT - Zone of Tolerance to determine level increases and decreases.
