Dear Customer,
We want to let you know that a recent billing issue affecting due dates has been fixed. If you have automatic payments set up in Xpress Bill Pay, everything will process tonight as usual. Your bill’s due date in Xpress Bill Pay will also be updated tonight to December 30, 2025.
PLEASE NOTE: If your bill is not paid by January 10, 2026, it will become delinquent, and a $75 penalty will be applied. No action is needed if your payment is already scheduled.
