Traffic Delays and Detours: Transition Parkway Project Paving Work

Dates: Beginning Tuesday, May 26, 2026 through Thursday, May 28, 2026
Location of Impacts: Conser Road at Woods Road and Castillo Dr Intersections

The City of Millersburg will be performing the final phase of paving on the Transition Parkway project. Along Conser Road at Woods Road and Castillo Drive intersections starting Tuesday, May 26th, will at times be limited to one lane of traffic under flagger control. While not typical, traffic can potentially be held for up to 15 minutes to allow for paving operations as needed. Temporary detours will be utilized to allow for this work to take place while maintaining access through the area.

What You Need to Know

Local access will remain open — residents, businesses, and property owners will be able to access all driveways and local roads.
The City is encouraging residents to take alternate routes to their destinations from Tuesday to Thursday to minimize potential delays in their trips and help worker safety.
This paving work will move the project one major milestone closer to final completion this summer.

We understand that all traffic impacts are inconvenient to the traveling public, but we want to remind you that this work is needed to complete our new park and road which will be completed in a timely and safe manner.
