What do YOU love about Alamosa?

This week, WRAP is launching Love Letters to Alamosa - a creative storytelling series to share what you love most about this community!

Love notes can be:
-A favorite photo
-A short written note

How to participate:
-Post your love note on Facebook or Instagram and tag WRAP (or comment on this post!)
-Email your love note to [email protected]

Participants will be entered into a drawing to win a gift card to a local restaurant!

Note: Please make sure you have permission from anyone featured in your photos. Submissions may be shared on social media and included in the Comprehensive Plan.

Thank you Alamosa, for an incredible kickoff to the We Are Alamosa Project! We are so grateful for the thoughtful input, meaningful conversations, and the energy and care you showed for this community.

A few highlights from the long weekend:
-645 community touchpoints
-20 pounds of pulled pork consumed
-20 events (kickoff dinner, community conversations, and pop-ups combined!)
-580 stickers handed out

We’re out here ALL day at Cole Park – come find us at the WRAP tent!

We’re handing out stickers, asking big questions like "What are your hopes for Alamosa’s future?" and grooving to some seriously awesome bands.

This Comprehensive Plan will help guide Alamosa’s future, but it only works if it reflects the people who live, work, raise families, run businesses, and build community here. That means showing up in different ways and making a commitment to turn your ideas into action.
