我們是由一群泰國和台灣學生，以及前述兩者的民主盟友所組成。我們因為生活在台灣如此的自由國家中而受益。我們密切關注泰國軍事威權主義對人民自由的箝制、從一部不民主得憲法中支取合法性的國家體系、以及2019年3月虛假的選舉。
我們相信，台灣因著從過去到現在爭取、維繫民主的歷程而提供了一個極有價值的平台，可以與泰國正在進行的民主與自由運動分享經驗和策略。 所有民主和自由的支持者都歡迎加入社團。

After many years of authoritarian rule and a military-designed "election" in March 2019, last month protests were triggered by the impact
of the COVID-19 pandemic and enforcement of the Emergency Decree (interpreted as an excuse for the military-backed Prime Minister to extend dictatorial powers). The protests in Thailand have since spread to at least 20 provinces nationwide. A large rally is being scheduled in Thailand for this Sunday, 16 August (details forthcoming as activists fear arrest). Please join us in using Taiwan’s democratic freedoms and experience to symbolically show support for the student-led democracy movement in Thailand! Draft a new democratic constitution (not one written by the military)
3. An end to harassment of government critics
We also stand with Hong Kong’s ongoing democratic movement against the Chinese Communist Party and their puppet government in the city that have systematically eroded freedom of speech, assembly and other rights enshrined under the Basic Law. We believe in transnational solidarity against dictatorship and view the drive for self-determination and a government accountable to the people as a universal right. We hope to build pan-Asian solidarity against tyranny, especially among youth across the region.
