【翻越歐洲背脊，遇見臺灣雲霧森林】
在去年的一場文資論壇，
我們遇見瑞士雷蒂亞鐵路（Rhätische Bahn）行銷經理 Patrick，
熱絡的分享交流，開啟了這段珍貴的緣分。
我們邀請Patrick走訪阿里山，
他說聽過阿里山，但一直沒機會造訪。
小編仍然記得Patrick初見林鐵沿線景色時驚訝的表情，
在他深入了解林鐵的工程智慧與文化底蘊後，我們便有了深入合作的共識。
雷蒂亞鐵路不僅是瑞士最大的民營鐵路，承擔地方交通重任，更是文資保存的先鋒，
轄下路線登錄為世界文化遺產，
無數旅人對其招牌列車「伯連納列車」與「冰河列車」嚮往不已。
6/1，阿里山林鐵與雷蒂亞鐵路正式締結為姊妹鐵路。
這份盟約不只是名分，更是深度的專業共振。
阿里山的雲霧森林與阿爾卑斯的冰川有著地理差異，
但對文資保存與鐵道文化的執著，讓我們比肩同行。

【From Alps to Alishan】
It all started at a cultural heritage forum last year. We met Patrick, the Marketing Manager for Switzerland's Rhaetian Railway (RhB), and a warm, inspiring chat sparked a truly special friendship.
We invited Patrick over to Alishan. He told us he’d always known about it, but never had the chance to visit. We will never forget the pure look of amazement on his face when he first rode Alishan train! After diving deep into our engineering wisdom and rich history, we both knew we just had to work together.
As Switzerland’s largest private railway, RhB isn't just local transit—they are global pioneers in heritage preservation. With their lines inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, countless travelers dream of hopping on their world-famous Bernina Express and Glacier Express.
And today (June 1st), it’s official! Alishan Forest Railway and RhB are officially sister railways! This alliance is so much more than just a piece of paper; it’s a profound resonance of our shared passion.
Moving forward, the two great mountains will team up on everything from heritage governance and brand marketing to train services. We can't wait to see the brilliant ideas we'll spark together!
Though miles apart—separated by the alpine glaciers of Switzerland and the cloud forests of Taiwan—our shared devotion to railway culture brings us closer than ever.
