The Université de Kairouan -Officiel in partnership with Development Alliance for Africa and Asia ( ), China-Tunisia International Education Center, and "Changzhou Educational Institute of Mechatronic Technology", is organizing:

1. AI popularization Bootcamp in China, from the end of June to mid-August 2026, and
2. A one-year Training program in China, starting from September 2026, focusing on three majors: E-commerce, AI, and Automobile New Energy.

Students are also invited to join a 4-month Chinese Language Program from 14th March to June 2026.

In the framework of the University of Kairouan's openness to its economic and social environment through the activities of the Center of Expertise and Innovation (CEI-UK), Professor Hédi Dhouibi, President of the University of Kairouan, oversaw, on Monday, August 18, 2025, the signing of a partnership and cooperation agreement between the University of Kairouan and A.d Solar Hub company, specializing in the manufacture and development of renewable energy equipment, represented by its founder, Dr. Yassine Al Alani.
This agreement comes within the framework of the University of Kairouan's openness to its economic and social environment with the aim of enhancing the skills of graduates of university institutions affiliated with the university and integrating them into the job market in the field of renewable energies.



في إطار انفتاح جامعة القيروان على محيطها الاقتصادي والاجتماعي من خلال أنشطة مركز الخبرات والابتكار بالجامعة (CEI-UK)، أشرف اليوم الإثنين 18 أوت 2025, الأستاذ الهادي ذويبي رئيس جامعة القيروان على امضاء اتفاقية شراكة وتعاون بين جامعة القيروان وشركة أ.د سولار هاب، المختصة في صناعة وتطوير معدات الطاقات المتجددة، ممثلة في شخص وكيلها الدكتور ياسين العلاني. وتأتي هذه الاتفاقية في إطار انفتاح جامعة القيروان على محيطها الاقتصادي والاجتماعي بهدف الرفع من كفاءة خريجي المؤسسات الجامعية الراجعة بالنظر للجامعة وادماجهم في سوق الشغل في مجال الطاقات المتجددة.

In the framework of the activities of the Center of Expertise and Innovation at the University of Kairouan (CEI-UK), a discussion and partnership meeting was held yesterday, Friday, August 15, 2025, at the University of Kairouan, under the supervision of Professor Hédi Dhouibi, President of the University, with representatives of the startup JUSTECH. The meeting aimed to explore partnership and cooperation opportunities in the field of digitization of scientific and literary publications at the university and its affiliated institutions. A partnership and cooperation agreement was signed on this occasion. This agreement comes within the framework of the work program of the Center of Expertise and Innovation at the University (CEI-UK) and the university's engagement with its economic and social environment.



في إطار أشغال مركز الخبرات والابتكار بجامعة القيروان (CEI-UK)، انعقد يوم أمس، الجمعة 15 اوت 2025 بمقر جامعة القيروان، وتحت اشراف الأستاذ الهادي ذويبي رئيس الجامعة، جلسة نقاش وشراكة مع ممثلي الشركة الناشئة جستاك ش .ش.م.م وذلك للنظر في سبل الشراكة والتعاون في مجال رقمنة المنشورات العلمية والأدبية بالجامعة والمؤسسات الراجعة إليها بالنظر، وقد تم بهذه المناسبة توقيع اتفاقية شراكة وتعاون في هذا الغرض. وتأتي هذه الاتفاقية في إطار برنامج عمل مركز الخبرات والابتكار بالجامعة (CEI-UK)، وانفتاح الجامعة على محيطها الاقتصادي والاجتماعي.

عودة على أهم حلقات يوم الشراكة مع المحيط الاقتصادي و الاجتماعي، الذي انعقد في إطار أنشطة مركز الخبرات والابتكار بجامعة القيروان (CEI-UK)، تحت اشراف السيد رئيس جامعة القيروان، الأستاذ الهادي ذويبي، يوم الخميس 24 جويلية 2025 على الساعة العاشرة صباحا بمقر جامعة القيروان، حيث تم امضاء اتفاقيتي شراكة مع جمعية "ح**ة المستقلة لأصحاب الهمم" و "مركز الأعمال واللغات André Brink Center" ممثلين على التوالي في السيدات والسادة:
- السيد فتحي العياشي، رئيس "جمعية ح**ة المستقلة لأصحاب الهمم"،
- السيدة زينب ليوان، وكيلة معهد الأعمال واللغات ABC.

وتأتي هذه الشراكات في إطار الاعداد لأنشطة مركز الخبرات والابتكار بالجامعة (CEI-UK) للسنة الجامعية القادمة (2025-2026) وانفتاح جامعة القيروان على محيطها الاقتصادي والاجتماعي.

A look back at the highlights of the Partnership Day with the economic and social environment, which took place on Thursday, July 24, 2025, at 10:00 am at the University of Kairouan, under the supervision of the President of the University, Pr. Hedi Dhouibi. Two partnership agreements were signed with "Dream Independent Association for People with Disabilities" and "André Brink Center for Business and Languages", represented by Mr. Fathi Ayachi and Mrs. Zaineb Liouane, respectively. These partnerships are part of the preparations for the activities of the Center of Expertise and Innovation at the University of Kairouan (CEI-UK) for the upcoming academic year (2025-2026) and the University of Kairouan's openness to its economic and social environment.

With gratitude to God, the "Smart and Green Garden" project of the Higher Institute of Arts and Crafts in Sidi Bouzid has been accepted for funding. The project's proposal was submitted by the Center for Expertise and Innovation of the University of Kairouan (CEI-UK) as part of the Innovative Small Green Projects Competition/Tunisia, under the supervision of the Tunisian International Center of Environmental Technologies (CITET) and funded by the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development. In partnership with the Global Development Alliance for Africa and Asia (GDAAA), the Center of Expertise and Innovation of the University of Kairouan (CEI-UK) organized a successful webinar yesterday, June 10, 2025, about the students' Cross Border E Commerce Training which will be in China the academic year 2025/2026.
Pr. Tracy Zhang, Chair of International Cooperation at GDAAA and in charge of student mobility, led the webinar, which benefited 120 students. 🙌 .

في إطار الشراكة مع التحالف العالمي لتنمية إفريقيا وآسيا (GDAAA)، نظم مركز الخبرات والابتكار بجامعة القيروان (CEI-UK) يوم أمس الثلاثاء 10 جوان 2025 ملتقى اعلامي حول برنامج التربص الميداني الموجه للطلبة في إختصاص التجارة الإلكترونية والذي سيجرى في الصين، السنة الجامعية القادمة 2025/ 2026. قدمت الندوة الأستاذة تريسي جانغ، رئيسة التعاون الدولي بمنظمة GDAAA والمكلفة بتنقل الطلبة، وقد استفاد من هذه الفعالية 120 طالبا من مختلف المؤسسات الجامعية.
