กรมปศุสัตว์ กระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ร่วมกับองค์การอาหารและเกษตรแห่งสหประชาชาติ (FAO) เป็นเจ้าภาพจัดการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ “Asian Regional Workshop of National Coordinators for the Management of Animal Genetic Resources” ระหว่างวันที่ 12–14 พฤษภาคม 2569 ณ โรงแรมกรุงศรีริเวอร์ จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา โดยมีผู้แทนและผู้ประสานงานระดับชาติจากประเทศไทย เคนยา มองโกเลีย อุซเบกิสถาน ศรีลังกา ปากีสถาน เมียนมา เวียดนาม ฟิลิปปินส์ อินโดนีเซีย ภูฏาน และอินเดีย เข้าร่วมการประชุม เพื่อส่งเสริมความร่วมมือระดับภูมิภาคด้านการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรพันธุกรรมสัตว์อย่างยั่งยืน แลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ และหารือแนวทางการพัฒนาภาคปศุสัตว์ภายใต้การเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ
The Department of Livestock Development (DLD), Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives of Thailand, in collaboration with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), is hosting the “Asian Regional Workshop of National Coordinators for the Management of Animal Genetic Resources” during 12–14 May 2026 at Krungsri River Hotel, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, Thailand. The workshop brings together national coordinators and representatives from Kenya, Mongolia, Uzbekistan, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Myanmar, Viet Nam, the Philippines, Indonesia, Bhutan, India, and Thailand to strengthen regional collaboration on the sustainable management of animal genetic resources, promote knowledge exchange, and discuss climate-smart approaches for the livestock sector.
