We will set the team of our organization to coordinate with government officers to ask for the document about the revenue and the expenditure of government budget in disaster period. Then, we will double-check the information again.
2.To survey the direction of spending money to help the disaster victims. We will let our officers to go to see the real area that effected from the disaster and let
ting them talk to the victims to ask the problems and find out the solution that they need. After that, we collect the information and we offer the information to the government. Our organization acts like a spokesman to help, relieve, and cooperate.
3.To declare the real situation to the public and also asking for assistance from other organization apart from government because some of the news are not true and precise so, our organization has to check the news and provide the precise information to people to make sure that people will consume the exact news so that they can prepare themselves to protect their lives safely.
4.To remind people to protect their rights with fairness. We do it because we need to provide information and remind people to prepare themselves to protect and solve the problems before and after disaster comes.
