"ข่าวเท็จที่จริงใจเหตุฉไนกัมพูชาสะอาดปราศจากสแกมเมอร์"
นี่คือหลักฐานที่สะท้อนปัญหาข่าวบิดเบือนของสื่อกัมพูชาได้ชัดเจนที่สุดและเป็นการดูถูกผู้ที่อ่านข่าวทั่วโลก เป็นการสื่อสารที่ขาดเหตุผลอย่างร้ายแรง และเข้าข่ายข่าวเท็จในเชิงตรรกะ เพราะในความเป็นจริง ปัญหาสแกมเมอร์เป็นอาชญากรรมข้ามชาติ ที่ถูกหน่วยงานนานาชาติและสื่อต่างประเทศจำนวนมากรายงานตรงกันว่า มีฐานปฏิบัติการสำคัญอยู่ในภูมิภาคนี้ รวมถึงกัมพูชา การทำให้กัมพูชากลายเป็น “พื้นที่ว่างจากปัญหา” ขณะชี้นำให้ประเทศอื่นเป็นแหล่งปัญหาเพียงฝ่ายเดียว ไม่ใช่การรายงานข่าว แต่คือการสร้างเรื่องเล่า เมื่อพิจารณารูปแบบการนำเสนอของเพจ Facebook “Fresh News” ของกัมพูชา จะเห็นแนวโน้มที่ชัดเจนว่า มักเลือกเล่าเรื่องในมุมที่กระตุ้นอารมณ์ ความหวาดระแวง และความตึงเครียดเพราะสันติภาพที่แท้จริงไม่อาจเกิดจากการสื่อสารที่ขยายความกลัวหรือความขัดแย้ง แต่ต้องตั้งอยู่บนข้อมูลที่ครบถ้วน โปร่งใส ตรวจสอบได้ และรับผิดชอบต่อผลกระทบที่เกิดขึ้นในสังคมและระดับนานาชาติ เมื่อย้อนดูเนื้อหาการนำเสนอข่าวของสื่อกัมพูชาในหลายกรณีที่ผ่านมา จะเห็นรูปแบบซ้ำ ๆ ที่พยายามชี้นำให้ประชาคมโลกมองประเทศไทยในด้านลบ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการกล่าวอ้างว่าไทยเป็นฝ่ายเริ่มความรุนแรง หรือกองทัพไทยโจมตีประชาชนกัมพูชา หรือในกรณีนี้เอง ที่พยายามสร้างภาพว่าไทยคือแหล่งของสแกมเมอร์ ขณะที่กัมพูชาถูกทำให้ “ไม่มีปัญหาของสแกมเมอร์เกิดขึ้นแต่อย่างใด” สิ่งต่างๆได้ชี้ให้เห็นว่าไม่มีการนำข้อเท็จจริงที่ครบถ้วน รอบด้าน และตรวจสอบได้มานำเสนอ อย่างเป็นกลาง แนวทางเช่นนี้ สวนทางอย่างสิ้นเชิงกับถ้อยคำและความพยายามที่สื่อสารต่อประชาคมโลกในนามของ “สันติภาพ ความสงบ และการอยู่ร่วมกันอย่างสร้างสรรค์”

“Sincere Disinformation: Why Is Cambodia Portrayed as Scam-Free?”
This case represents one of the clearest examples of media disinformation originating from Cambodia, and it reflects a serious disregard for the intelligence of global audiences.
The claim suggesting that scam operations exist everywhere except Cambodia is not only illogical, but also constitutes disinformation at the level of basic reasoning. In reality, scam networks are a form of transnational organized crime. Numerous international organizations and global media outlets have consistently reported that major operational bases are located across the region — including Cambodia.
Portraying Cambodia as a “problem-free zone” while directing blame exclusively toward other countries is not journalism. It is narrative construction.
An examination of the page Fresh News of Cambodia reveals a recurring pattern:
stories are frequently framed to provoke emotion, suspicion, and tension, rather than to present verified facts with proper balance and context.
True peace cannot be built through communication that amplifies fear or conflict.
It can only emerge from information that is complete, transparent, verifiable, and responsible toward its social and international consequences.
Looking back at multiple cases of media reporting from Cambodia, a consistent pattern becomes evident — an attempt to steer global perception against Thailand. This includes repeated narratives portraying Thailand as the initiator of violence, alleging attacks by the Thai military against Cambodian civilians, or, as in this case, framing Thailand as a hub of scam operations while Cambodia is depicted as entirely unaffected.
Such practices demonstrate a failure to present comprehensive, balanced, and verifiable facts. This approach stands in direct contradiction to the rhetoric presented to the international community under the banner of “peace, stability, and constructive coexistence.”
