This research examines the critical role of leadership in enhancing the performance of small and micro enterprises (SMEs), which are widely recognized as a key driver of socio-economic development. The study focuses on how charismatic leadership influences team performance, particularly in the context of SMEs that often face challenges such as unclear organizational goals, underdeveloped internal structures, and evolving management systems.
The primary objective of this research is to investigate the impact of charismatic leadership on team performance, as well as to explore the mediating roles of team learning and team cohesion in this relationship. By doing so, the study seeks to provide a deeper understanding of how leadership styles can contribute to improving organizational effectiveness and sustainability in SMEs.
The research population consists of employees and senior managers from SMEs in Guangdong Province, China. Data were collected through an online platform, yielding a total of 738 valid responses from 87 SMEs, including 433 responses from employees and 305 from senior managers.
In terms of scope, this study focuses specifically on SMEs within Guangdong Province and examines three key variables—charismatic leadership, team learning, and team cohesion—and their influence on team performance. The analysis was conducted using structural equation modeling with AMOS 23.

This research is a quantitative study that examines the comparative correlation among three psychosocial theories to determine whether predictors from the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy, Psycho-Moral Strength, or Theory of Planned Behavior can predict behaviors related to waste reduction according to the 5 R principles: avoiding and reducing the use of items, reusing items effectively, and recycling. The sample used in this research study consists of undergraduate students in their 2nd to 3rd year from public and private universities, or state-controlled universities, totaling 573 individuals. This includes 166 male students (29.0%) and 407 female students (71.1%), with an average age of 19 years and 8 months. Used a multi-stage sampling method, analyzing data in the overall group and in 25 sub-groups, which were divided according to the socio-demographic characteristics of the sample group.

Executives play a significant role in shaping organizations’ success. When organizations are coupled with leadership, those organizations tend to be more successful, progressive, and prosperous. This research was aimed at examining the effects of Bangkok Metropolitan (BMA) executives’ transactional leadership and transformational leadership on organizational efficiency and organizational effectiveness, investigating the effects of job satisfaction as a mediating variable, and developing a structural equation model to explain those effects on organizational efficiency and organizational effectiveness. Mixed-method research was adopted. For quantitative method research, a questionnaire was chosen as the research instrument to collect data from 406 executives of different agencies under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. For data analysis, statistical analysis and structural equation modelling were employed. In terms of qualitative method research, in-depth interviews along with semi-structured questions were utilized. 20 key informants, classified into 3 groups, included ordinary Bangkok civil servants of the BMA at executive levels, such as in administration, directors, senior general, general, and higher professionals.

This study aimed to develop and validate a learning agility measure for Thai employees. Its objectives were to identify learning agility factors, validate the measure against perceived job performance, and test its ability to distinguish between high-potential and non-high potential employees. Using a sequential mixed-methods design, interviews with nine participants informed factors based on Thai cultural values, which were integrated with literature findings. A pilot study with 128 participants and subsequent exploratory factor analysis produced 8 factors with 45 items. Data from 801 employees confirmed the measure’s validity through confirmatory factor analysis, showing a positive relationship with perceived job performance and the ability to differentiate high potential employees from non-high potential employees.
