​Mr. Chaisak Wuthisak, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Zone 5, Nakhon Ratchasima (OAE Office 5), warmly welcomed the delegation from the Agricultural Information Center (CAI), Office of Agricultural Economics.
​The AIC team was led by Ms. Chidchanok Lekkhaw (Director of the Agricultural Data Operations Division) and Ms. Praewpan Kongprakon (Director of the Livestock and Fisheries Production Information Division), who visited to clarify key operational guidelines.
​🚀 This on-site visit focused on explaining the "Guidelines for Verifying the Volunteer Agricultural Minister (VAM) Database." The initiative operates under the Project to Enhance Efficiency in Agricultural Information Management and Big Data Administration for the 2026 Fiscal Year.

​Aligning Alignment & Understanding: To brief and prepare OAE officers for their upcoming roles as registrars.
​Ensuring Data Accuracy: To collaboratively verify database accuracy through a systematic approach.

📊 การดำเนินงานครั้งนี้ มีเป้าหมายเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมการจัดเก็บข้อมูลกิจกรรมทางการเกษตรระดับหมู่บ้าน ครอบคลุมพื้นที่ 16 อำเภอ 124 ตำบล และ 1,640 หมู่บ้านของจังหวัดชัยภูมิ เพื่อสนับสนุนการจัดทำข้อมูลภาคการเกษตรที่ถูกต้อง แม่นยำ และทันสมัย

📱💻 พร้อมกันนี้ ได้มีการชี้แจงแนวทางการปฏิบัติงานร่วมกัน และการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลในการจัดเก็บข้อมูล พร้อมเปิดโอกาสให้เจ้าหน้าที่เกษตรอำเภอและ อกม. ร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็น ซักถาม และฝึกปฏิบัติการใช้งานระบบ เพื่อยกระดับประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงาน และสนับสนุนการพัฒนาภาคการเกษตรในอนาคต

🗓️ On Thursday, May 28, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., at the meeting room of the Chaiyaphum Provincial Agricultural Office, Mueang District, Chaiyaphum Province, Mr. Chaisak Wutthisak, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 5, Nakhon Ratchasima, together with Ms. Kangsadan Chatakul, Chaiyaphum Provincial Agricultural Officer, jointly presided over the meeting.

📖 During the meeting, officials from the Agricultural Information Center, Office of Agricultural Economics, provided guidance on the preparation of the sampling frame data for the survey conducted by Village Agricultural Volunteers (VAVs) under the Agricultural Information Development and Big Data Management Project for the fiscal year 2026.

📊 This operation aims to prepare for the collection of village-level agricultural activity data, covering 16 districts, 124 sub-districts, and 1,640 villages across Chaiyaphum Province, in order to support the development of accurate, precise, and up-to-date agricultural sector information.

📱💻 In addition, the meeting included clarification on collaborative operational guidelines and the use of digital technology for data collection. District agricultural officers and VAVs were also given the opportunity to exchange ideas, ask questions, and participate in hands-on system training to enhance operational efficiency and support future agricultural sector development.

📈 ภาพรวมสถานการณ์ทุเรียนปี 2569:
จากข้อมูลเบื้องต้นพบว่า ผลผลิตทุเรียนในพื้นที่ปีนี้ คาดว่าจะเพิ่มขึ้นมากกว่าปีที่ผ่านมา โดยมีปัจจัยบวกมาจาก:
▶️พื้นที่ให้ผลผลิตเพิ่มขึ้น จากการขยายการปลูกในปีก่อน ๆ
▶️ต้นทุเรียนมีอายุที่พร้อมให้ผลผลิตสมบูรณ์มากขึ้น ในปีนี้
💰 ด้านราคาและตลาด:
สำหรับสถานการณ์ราคาในปัจจุบันยังคง อยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี น่าพอใจ!💵 ราคาซื้อขายอยู่ที่ 110 - 130 บาท / กิโลกรัม

เนื่องจากขณะนี้เป็นช่วงเริ่มต้นฤดูกาล ผลผลิตทยอยออกสู่ตลาด และทุเรียนในพื้นที่ยังคงเป็นที่ต้องการของผู้บริโภคอย่างมากด้วยรสชาติที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์

Mr. Chaisak Wuthisak, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Zone 5, Nakhon Ratchasima (OAE Zone 5), along with his team, recently visited Non Suwan District, Buriram Province, to closely monitor the production and marketing situation of "durian."

📈 Overall Durian Situation for 2026:
Preliminary data indicates that this year's durian yield in the area is expected to increase compared to last year. This growth is driven by positive factors, including:
▶️ An increase in harvesting areas resulting from expanded cultivation in previous years.
▶️ Durian trees reaching full maturity and readiness to yield high-quality fruit this year.

💰 Prices and Market Trends:
Current market prices remain highly favorable and satisfying! 💵 The trading price ranges between 110 - 130 Baht per kilogram.

As it is currently the beginning of the season, supplies are gradually entering the market. Furthermore, durians from this region remain in high demand among consumers due to their unique, distinctive flavor.

The Office of Agricultural Economics Zone 5 will continue to monitor the situation closely to utilize the data for future planning and to provide ongoing support to local farmers. 🌾

📌 OAE Zone 5 conducts field survey on logistics costs for "White Rice & Rubber" to elevate the agricultural sector in Nakhon Ratchasima and Chaiyaphum

From May 18 to 27, 2025, Mr. Chaisak Wuthisak, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Zone 5, Nakhon Ratchasima (OAE Zone 5), assigned the Agricultural Economic Zone Development Planning Division, led by Director Mrs. Isaraporn Chaikuna, to dispatch a field survey team headed by Mr. Surapong Onrayub. The team successfully gathered crucial data on agricultural logistics costs for two major commodities: white rice and para rubber across Nakhon Ratchasima and Chaiyaphum provinces.

🌾 Key Objectives & Expected Outcomes:
The comprehensive data collected from this field study will serve as a vital foundation for driving sustainable development in Thailand's agricultural sector by:

Shaping Action Plans: Enabling relevant agencies to formulate precise work plans and projects to enhance agricultural land management.

Developing Agricultural Roadmaps: Providing solid data to support the formulation of national and local agricultural development plans.

The data will support agricultural sample surveys to ensure accuracy, precision, and up-to-date information.

📱💻 In addition, guidelines for coordinated operations between provincial and district-level officers were clarified, along with the application of technology and digital tools to improve the efficiency of data collection and enhance the quality of agricultural databases to support future agricultural development planning. 🌱📈

The project aims to compile agricultural activity data at the village level to support sample-based surveys in Buriram Province, covering 23 districts, 189 subdistricts, and 2,560 villages.
During the meeting, operational guidelines and coordination procedures between provincial- and district-level responsible officers were explained to ensure readiness for field data collection on agricultural activities. In addition, the use of technology and digital tools to improve the efficiency of data collection was introduced to ensure accurate and reliable databases. Questions from agricultural officers from each district were also addressed.
