The ceremony was held at the Royal Government Center Auditorium, Mueang Rayong District, Rayong Province, and was presided over by the Governor of Rayong Province, with government officials, employees, and local citizens in attendance.

⭐ตม.ระยอง ร่วมใจลงนามถวายพระพรชัยมงคล เนื่องในโอกาสวันคล้ายวันพระราชสมภพ สมเด็จพระนางเจ้าฯ พระบรมราชินี

เมื่อวันที่ 3 มิถุนายน 2569 พ.ต.อ.คมวุฒิ จองบุญวัฒนา ผู้กำกับการตรวจคนเข้าเมืองจังหวัดระยอง พร้อมด้วยข้าราชการในสังกัด ร่วมพิธีลงนามถวายพระพรชัยมงคลเนื่องในโอกาสวันคล้ายวันพระราชสมภพ สมเด็จพระนางเจ้าฯ พระบรมราชินี ณ ที่ทำการตรวจคนเข้าเมืองจังหวัดระยอง
การจัดพิธีลงนามถวายพระพรในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อแสดงออกถึงความจงรักภักดีและความกตัญญูกตเวทิตาอันหาที่สุดมิได้ ของเหล่าข้าราชการตรวจคนเข้าเมืองจังหวัดระยอง ต่อสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าฯ พระบรมราชินี ผู้ทรงเป็นศูนย์รวมจิตใจของปวงชนชาวไทย โดยได้ร่วมกันน้อมเกล้าถวายพระพรชัยมงคล ขอพระองค์ทรงพระเจริญยิ่งยืนนาน ทรงมีพระพลานามัยที่สมบูรณ์แข็งแรง และร่วมสืบสานราชประเพณีอันดีงามของไทยสืบไป

On May 31, 2026, at 8:30 PM, Pol. Maj. Thanawan Soonthook, Inspector of Rayong Immigration, alongside Acting Sub. Lt. Weerawat Upratha, Deputy Inspector, and Pol. Sgt. Faitongthip Prachim, Officer of Rayong Immigration, participated in the sacred ceremony of offering artificial lotus flower bushes to pay homage to "Phra Sri Maha Bodhi Thasamarajabophit" of Rayong Province. The ceremony took place at the Dok Krai Reservoir pavilion in Pluak Daeng District, Rayong, and was presided over by Mr. Triphop Wongtrairat, the Governor of Rayong Province, to uphold Buddhist traditions and express deep faith in Buddhism.

🚓🛂Rayong Immigration Apprehends 11 Chinese Nationals for Illegal Employment
🚓🛂ตม.ระยอง รวบ 11 ชาวจีน คาแคมป์/สถานประกอบการ ลอบทำงานผิดกฎหมาย ไร้ใบอนุญาต

ตม.ระยอง บูรณาการร่วมภาคีเครือข่าย กวาดล้างต่างด้าวผิดกฎหมาย รวบ 11 ชาวจีน ลอบทำงานไร้ใบอนุญาต คาพื้นที่ อ.นิคมพัฒนา
ตามนโยบายของสำนักงานตรวจคนเข้าเมือง ในการกวดขันและปราบปรามการกระทำความผิดของคนต่างด้าวที่เข้ามาในราชอาณาจักร โดยเฉพาะการลักลอบทำงานโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตและการอยู่ในราชอาณาจักรเกินกำหนด (OVERSTAY) เพื่อความมั่นคงของประเทศ
ล่าสุด วันนี้ (28 พ.ค. 69) เวลา 13.45 น. ภายใต้การอำนวยการของ ตม.จว.ระยอง เจ้าหน้าที่ชุดสืบสวน ตม.จว.ระยอง ได้สนธิกำลังร่วมกับ เจ้าหน้าที่จัดหางานจังหวัดระยอง, เจ้าหน้าที่ กอ.รมน.จังหวัดระยอง และเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจ สภ.นิคมพัฒนา ลงพื้นที่ปูพรมตรวจสอบแรงงานต่างด้าวผิดกฎหมาย ณ บริเวณพื้นที่ ต.มาบข่า อ.นิคมพัฒนา จ.ระยอง
จากการตรวจสอบสามารถจับกุมกลุ่มพนักงานสัญชาติจีน พร้อมพวกรวมจำนวน 11 ราย โดยเจ้าหน้าที่ได้แจ้งข้อกล่าวหาทำความผิดตามกฎหมายไทย ดังนี้:
เป็นคนต่างด้าวทำงานโดยไม่มีใบอนุญาตทำงาน ตามมาตรา 8 แห่ง พ.ร.ก.การบริหารจัดการการทำงานของคนต่างด้าว พ.ศ. 2560 และที่แก้ไขเพิ่มเติม (ฉบับที่ 2) พ.ศ. 2561
เป็นคนต่างด้าวได้รับอนุญาตให้เข้ามาในราชอาณาจักรเป็นการชั่วคราว ประกอบอาชีพหรือรับจ้างทำงานโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต ตามมาตรา 37(1) แห่ง พ.ร.บ.คนเข้าเมือง พ.ศ. 2522
เจ้าหน้าที่ชุดจับกุมได้ทำการควบคุมตัวผู้ต้องหาทั้งหมด นำส่งพนักงานสอบสวน สภ.นิคมพัฒนา เพื่อดำเนินคดีตามกฎหมายและผลักดันส่งกลับประเทศต่อไป

Rayong Immigration Crackdown: 11 Chinese Nationals Arrested for Illegal Employment in Nikhom Phatthana
In accordance with the strict policies of the Immigration Bureau to suppress transnational crimes, illegal foreign labor, and overstayers, Rayong Immigration has intensified its area inspections to ensure public safety and national security.
On May 28, 2026, at approximately 1:45 PM, the Rayong Immigration investigation team, integrated with the Rayong Provincial Employment Office, the Internal Security Operations Command (ISOC), and officers from the Nikhom Phatthana Police Station, launched a joint inspection operation targeting illegal foreign workers in Mabhkha Sub-district, Nikhom Phatthana District, Rayong Province.
The operation resulted in the arrest of 11 Chinese nationals who were found working illegally. They have been charged with the following offenses:
Being a foreign national working without a work permit, in violation of Section 8 of the Emergency Decree on Non-Thais' Working Management B.E. 2560 (2017) and its amendment (No. 2) B.E. 2561 (2018).
Being a foreign national permitted to stay temporarily in the Kingdom but engaging in an occupation or employment without permission, in violation of Section 37(1) of the Immigration Act B.E. 2522 (1979).
All suspects were taken into custody and handed over to inquiry officers at the Nikhom Phatthana Police Station for further legal proceedings and subsequent deportation.

📃ตม.จว.ระยอง ลุยตรวจไซต์งานก่อสร้างบ้านค่าย พบแรงงานเมียนมา 15 รายเอกสารครบ แต่สุ่มเสี่ยงขัดกฎหมาย จับปรับ "เจ้าบ้าน" ทันทีฐานไม่แจ้งที่พักภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง เน้นย้ำเข้มงวด ม.38

ตามนโยบายของสำนักงานตรวจคนเข้าเมือง ในการกวดขัน ตรวจสอบ และปราบปรามการกระทำความผิดของคนต่างด้าวที่ลักลอบเข้ามาทำงานผิดกฎหมายรวมถึงการพำนักเกินกำหนด (OVERSTAY) เพื่อรักษาความสงบเรียบร้อยและความปลอดภัยในชีวิตและทรัพย์สินของประชาชน
วันนี้ (27 พ.ค. 69) เวลา 11.30 น. ภายใต้การอำนวยการของของผู้บังคับบัญชา ตม.จว.ระยอง เจ้าหน้าที่ชุดสืบสวน ตม.จว.ระยอง ได้ออกปฏิบัติหน้าที่ ว.4 ตรวจสอบพื้นที่รับผิดชอบสกัดกั้นแรงงานผิดกฎหมาย บริเวณไซต์งานก่อสร้างแห่งหนึ่งในพื้นที่ ต.หนองบัว อ.บ้านค่าย จ.ระยอง
จากการเข้าตรวจสอบ เจ้าหน้าที่ได้ทำการตรวจเช็กแรงงานต่างด้าวสัญชาติเมียนมาที่ทำงานอยู่ภายในไซต์งานดังกล่าวรวมจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 15 ราย ผลการตรวจสอบอย่างละเอียดพบว่า แรงงานทั้งหมดมีเอกสารการเดินทาง (Passport) และใบอนุญาตทำงาน (Work Permit) ที่ถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย อย่างไรก็ตาม เจ้าหน้าที่ตรวจสอบพบข้อความผิดปกติในส่วนการแจ้งที่พักอาศัย โดยพบคนต่างด้าวจำนวน 2 ราย ที่ไม่มีการแจ้งข้อมูลที่พักต่อเจ้าพนักงานตามเกณฑ์ที่กฎหมายกำหนด
เจ้าหน้าที่ชุดสืบสวน จึงได้ดำเนินการจับกุมพร้อมส่งตัวเพื่อเปรียบเทียบปรับ “เจ้าบ้าน/ผู้ให้เช่าพักอาศัย” ในข้อหา “รับคนต่างด้าวเข้าพักอาศัยโดยไม่แจ้งต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง” ตามมาตรา 38 แห่งพระราชบัญญัติคนเข้าเมือง พ.ศ. 2522 ทันที
💡 ตม.จว.ระยอง ขอเน้นย้ำและประชาสัมพันธ์ถึงประชาชน:
การแจ้งที่พักอาศัยของคนต่างด้าวภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง (ตามมาตรา 38) ไม่ใช่เรื่องไกลตัว หรือเรื่องที่ละเลยได้ เจ้าบ้าน ผู้ครอบครองเคหสถาน หรือผู้จัดการโรงแรม ที่รับคนต่างด้าวเข้าพักอาศัย มีหน้าที่ตามกฎหมายที่ต้องแจ้งต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ตรวจคนเข้าเมืองในพื้นที่ทันที ทั้งนี้เพื่อประโยชน์ในการควบคุม ตรวจสอบ และการดูแลความปลอดภัยให้กับตัวท่านเองและชุมชน การละเลยไม่แจ้งมีโทษปรับตามกฎหมายอย่างจริงจัง!

In compliance with the strict policies of the Immigration Bureau focusing on suppressing illegal foreign workers and visa overstayers to maintain national security and public safety, on May 27, 2026, at 11:30 AM, under the direct supervision of the executives of Rayong Immigration, the Investigative Unit of Rayong Immigration Office launched a proactive inspection operation within their designated jurisdiction.
The operational unit conducted a thorough inspection at a major construction site located in Nong Bua Sub-district, Ban Khai District, Rayong Province. During the operation, officers checked a total of 15 Myanmar migrant workers present at the site. The verification process confirmed that all 15 individuals possessed valid travel documents and lawful work permits. However, further tracking revealed a violation regarding mandatory address reporting, as 2 of the foreigners lacked valid registration of their current accommodation.
Consequently, immigration officers took immediate legal action by arresting and issuing standard fines to the respective house owner/premises possessor. The individual was charged with "hosting/admitting foreigners into a residence without notifying the competent immigration authorities within 24 hours," a direct breach of Section 38 of the Immigration Act, B.E. 2522 (1979).

สำหรับการฝึกซ้อมในวันนี้ เป็นการฝึกซ้อมบนโต๊ะจำลอง (Table-top Exercise) ซึ่งเป็นขั้นตอนสำคัญในการซักซ้อมความเข้าใจร่วมกันเกี่ยวกับแนวทางปฏิบัติ (SOP) ระบบการติดต่อสื่อสาร และการประสานงานที่ต้องรวดเร็ว ไร้รอยต่อระหว่างหน่วยงานสาธารณสุข สายการบิน และหน่วยงานความมั่นคง เพื่อให้เกิดความพร้อมสูงสุดก่อนการฝึกซ้อมภาคปฏิบัติจริง (Full-Scale) ในวันพรุ่งนี้

ในส่วนของขั้นตอนปฏิบัติที่เกี่ยวข้องกับตรวจคนเข้าเมืองจังหวัดระยอง ได้มีการซักซ้อมขั้นตอนสำคัญในสถานการณ์วิกฤต โดยเจ้าหน้าที่ ตม. จะต้องสวมใส่ชุดอุปกรณ์ป้องกันความปลอดภัยส่วนบุคคล หรือ ชุด PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) เต็มรูปแบบ เพื่อปฏิบัติหน้าที่รับหนังสือเดินทางจากเจ้าหน้าที่สายการบิน ทำการตรวจลงตราหนังสือเดินทางของลูกเรือกลุ่มเสี่ยงจำนวน 4 เล่มอย่างละเอียดตามมาตรการความปลอดภัย ก่อนส่งคืนให้แก่สายการบิน ซึ่งกระบวนการทั้งหมดต้องทำด้วยความรวดเร็ว แม่นยำ และปลอดภัยสูงสุดตามมาตรฐานอนามัยโลก

Primkarn Ponglerstchatchawan participated in the 2026 Full-Scale Public Health Emergency Exercise for Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS), designated as UTP - PHEX 2026. The exercise, presided over by Rear Admiral Ariya Cherngthong, commenced at the UTP1 Meeting Room, U-Tapao Rayong-Pattaya International Airport Office Building.
Today’s session focused on a Table-top Exercise (TTX), a critical alignment phase designed to synchronized standard operating procedures (SOPs), communication channels, and multi-agency coordination between health officials, airlines, and immigration authorities before transitioning to the real-time simulation tomorrow.
Immigration’s Crucial Blueprint in Disease Containment
The core simulation for Rayong Immigration officers involves executing high-risk border control protocols. In tomorrow's practical phase, immigration officers will operate in full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) gowns to securely process documentation. The team practiced receiving passports from airline staff, inspecting and clearing four passports belonging to flight crew members under strict quarantine protocols, and safely returning them to the airline.
