Mr. Sriprai Bunyadet, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics 9, assigned Mr. Somchai Khangkhamanee, Senior Policy and Plan Analyst, together with officials of the Office of Agricultural Economics 9 (OAE 9), to participate in the Royal Tribute Ceremony, including the presentation of ceremonial floral offerings and the candle-lighting ceremony to offer loyal blessings in honor of Her Majesty Queen Suthida Bajrasudhabimalalakshana’s 48th Birthday Anniversary Celebration, commemorating the auspicious occasion of Her Majesty’s fourth cycle birthday anniversary on 3 June 2026.
The ceremony was presided over by Mr. Rattasat Chidchu, Governor of Songkhla Province, and was held at the Songkhla Provincial Hall Auditorium, Songkhla Provincial Administrative Center, Mueang Songkhla District, Songkhla Province.

กรณีศึกษาสินค้ากล้วยหอมทอง 🍌

นายศรีไพร บุญยะเดช ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 9 พร้อมด้วย ผู้อำนวยการส่วนวิจัยและประเมินผล และทีมนักวิจัย จากส่วนวิจัยและประเมินผล สศท.8,9,10 จัดประชุม Focus Group ระดมความคิดเห็นสร้างโอกาสทางการตลาดของผลิตภัณฑ์สินค้าเกษตรแปรรูปที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมด้วยเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมทางการเกษตร(Agri-Tech) กรณีศึกษาสินค้ากล้วยหอมทอง
ณ วิสาหกิจชุมชนกลุ่มเกษตรกรปลูกกล้วยหอมทองและไม้ผลปลอดภัย 55 หมู่ที่ 3 ตำบลท่ามะเดื่อ อำเภอบางแก้ว จังหวัดพัทลุง เพื่อระดมความคิดเห็นและแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองเกี่ยวกับ “การสร้างโอกาสทางการตลาดของผลิตภัณฑ์สินค้าเกษตรแปรรูปที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมด้วยเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมทางการเกษตร (Agri-Tech)” โดยมีผู้แทนจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน นักวิจัย ผู้ประกอบการ สมาชิกวิสาหกิจชุมชนและเกษตรกรเข้าร่วมประชุมอย่างพร้อมเพรียง

การประชุมครั้งนี้คณะวิจัยได้นำเสนอผลการศึกษาขั้นต้น ตลอดจนเปิดเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนให้ผู้เข้าร่วมได้ร่วมกันเสนอแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ การยกระดับมาตรฐานสินค้า การสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มผ่านนวัตกรรม รวมถึงแนวทางการขยายช่องทางการตลาดทั้งในระดับชุมชนและระดับประเทศ เพื่อส่งเสริมเศรษฐกิจฐานรากและเพิ่มรายได้ให้แก่เกษตรกรในพื้นที่อย่างยั่งยืน

ทั้งนี้ ผลจากการประชุมจะถูกนำไปใช้เป็นข้อมูลประกอบการศึกษาวิจัยและกำหนดแนวทางในการสนับสนุนภาคเกษตรและวิสาหกิจชุมชนให้สามารถปรับตัวเข้าสู่เศรษฐกิจยุคใหม่ที่ขับเคลื่อนด้วยเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมต่อไป

💙 OAE Region 9 Holds Focus Group Meeting to Explore Market Opportunities for Eco-Friendly Processed Agricultural Products through Agri-Tech Innovation: A Case Study of Golden Banana Products 🍌🍌

📌On May 28, 2026
Mr. Siprai Bunyadet , Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 9, together with the Director of the Research and Evaluation Division and research teams from the Research and Evaluation Divisions of OAE Regions 8, 9, and 10, organized a Focus Group meeting to exchange ideas and gather opinions on creating market opportunities for environmentally friendly processed agricultural products through agricultural technology and innovation (Agri-Tech), using golden banana products as a case study.

The meeting was held at the Safe Golden Banana and Fruit Growers Community Enterprise, Moo 3, Tha Maduea Subdistrict, Bang Kaeo District, Phatthalung Province. Representatives from government agencies, private sectors, researchers, entrepreneurs, community enterprise members, and local farmers actively participated in the discussion.

During the meeting, the research team presented preliminary study findings and opened the floor for participants to exchange perspectives on product development, upgrading product standards, adding value through innovation, and expanding marketing channels at both community and national levels. The discussions aimed to strengthen the grassroots economy and sustainably increase farmers’ incomes in the area.

The outcomes of this meeting will be used as supporting information for future research and for formulating guidelines to support the agricultural sector and community enterprises in adapting to the modern economy driven by technology and innovation.

Mr. Siprai Bunyadet, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 9 (OAE Region 9), together with officers from the Agricultural Information Division, conducted a field visit to monitor the management situation of durian orchards at Mr. Saraphat Boonthongkhao’s orchard, Moo 6, Lan Khoi Subdistrict, Pa Phayom District, Phatthalung Province, and mangosteen orchards at Mrs. Wannee Kaewthanong’s orchard, Moo 3, Ban Phrao Subdistrict, Pa Phayom District, Phatthalung Province.

The participants included:

▶️ Center for Agricultural Information, Office of Agricultural Economics
▶️ Director of the Office of Agricultural Extension and Development Region 5 and delegation
▶️ Bureau of Agricultural Product Promotion and Management, Department of Agricultural Extension
▶️ Provincial Agricultural Offices from 14 southern provinces
▶️ Chumphon Provincial Administrative Organization
▶️ Agricultural Research and Development Offices Region 7 and 8
▶️ Representatives of farmers and network partner agencies

The visit also included a summary of the monitoring results and management of durian and mangosteen orchards. The information gathered will be used for preparing the 2026 fruit crop management plan to ensure effective implementation in the future.

นายศรีไพร บุญยะเดช ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 9 ได้มอบหมายให้ นางสาวสุดารัตน์ แซ่อุ้ย เศรษฐกรชำนาญการพิเศษ และเจ้าหน้าที่ สศท.9 เข้าร่วมงานโครงการคลินิกเกษตรเคลื่อนที่ในพระราชานุเคราะห์ สมเด็จพระบรมโอรสาธิราชฯ สยามมกุฎราชกุมาร ครั้งที่ 3 ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ.2569 ณ โรงเรียนบ้านลำแคลง หมู่ที่ 4 ตำบลปะเหลียน จังหวัดตรัง โดยมีพันจ่าโทอนันต์ บุญสำราญ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดตรัง เป็นประธานกล่าวเปิดงานโครงการ นอกจากนี้มี นายอภิชาติ สาราบรรณ์ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดตรัง ปลัดจังหวัด นายอำเภอ หัวหน้าส่วนราชการ นายอำเภอ ผู้บริหารองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น กำนัน ผู้ใหญ่บ้าน และประชาชนในพื้นที่ เข้าร่วมพร้อมกันนี้ และตรวจเยี่ยมการให้บริการคลินิกเกษตรในพระราชานุเคราะห์ ฯ ของส่วนราชการในสังกัด กระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ และหน่วยงานภาคีร่วมออกหน่วยบริการ
ในการนี้ สศท.9 จัดนิทรรศการ 1. AgriDataProv แพลตฟอร์ม Big Data ภาคเกษตรเพื่อการบริหารจังหวัด 2. OPEN DATA OF AGRICULTURE ข้อมูลเปิดภาครัฐด้านการเกษตร 3. นำเสนองานวิจัย การศึกษาวิสาหกิจชุมชนการแปรรูปวัสดุเหลือใช้จากกาแฟ ในภาคใต้ตอนล่าง ซึ่งมีเกษตรกรและผู้สนใจขอเข้ารับบริการจากคลินิกเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อนำข้อมูลไปใช้ประโยชน์ต่อไป

Mr. Siprai Bunyadet, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 9, assigned Ms. Sudarat Sae-ui, Senior Economist, and other staff from OAE Region 9 to participate in the 3rd Mobile Agricultural Clinic Project under the Royal Patronage of His Royal Highness Crown Prince Maha Vajiralongkorn, for the fiscal year 2026, at Ban Lam Khaeng School, Village No. 4, Palian Subdistrict, Trang Province. The event was presided over by Petty Officer 2nd Class Anan Boon Samran, Deputy Governor of Trang Province. Also present were Mr. Apichart Sarabann, Deputy Governor of Trang Province, the Provincial Permanent Secretary, District Chiefs, heads of government agencies, local government administrators, village heads, and local residents. They also inspected the agricultural clinic services provided by government agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives. And partner agencies jointly provided services.
In this regard, OAE 9 organized an exhibition featuring: 1. AgriDataProv, a Big Data platform for the agricultural sector for provincial management; 2. OPEN DATA OF AGRICULTURE, open government data on agriculture; and 3. Presentation of research on community enterprises processing coffee waste materials in the lower southern region. Farmers and interested parties continuously sought services from the agricultural economics clinic to utilize the information for future benefit.

นายศรีไพร บุญยะเดช ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 9 (สศท.9) รองประธานคณะทำงานย่อยเพื่อพัฒนาระบบข้อมูลและโลจิสติกส์ภาคใต้ พร้อมด้วยเจ้าหน้าที่ส่วนสารสนเทศการเกษตร จัดประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ การจัดทำข้อมูลไม้ผลเศรษฐกิจภาคใต้ เพื่อสนับสนุนการบริหารจัดการไม้ผลเศรษฐกิจอย่างเป็นระบบ ปี 2569 ครั้งที่ 2 ณ วังวาดี โฮเทล จำกัด อำเภอป่าพะยอม จังหวัดพัทลุง
โดยมีนายนิกร แสงเกตุ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 8 (สศท.8 ) ประธานคณะทำงานย่อยเพื่อพัฒนาระบบข้อมูลและโลจิสติกส์ภาคใต้ ร่วมกับนายภูวเดช วุฒิวงศ์วัฒ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานส่งเสริมและพัฒนาการเกษตรที่ 5 จังหวัดสงขลา (สสก.5) ประธานร่วม มีคณะทำงานย่อยเพื่อพัฒนาระบบข้อมูลและโลจิสติกส์ภาคใต้ และได้รับเกียรติจากรองเลขาธิการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร นายครองศักดิ์ สงรักษา เป็นประธานในพิธี กล่าวเปิดการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการฯ พร้อมมอบนโยบายและแนวทางแก่ผู้เข้าร่วมประชุม ในการประชุมครั้งนี้ได้ร่วมหารือข้อมูล ดังนี้
- การรายงานในหัวข้อ “สถานการณ์ไม้ผลภาคใต้ (War Room) และข้อสั่งการการประชุมคณะกรรมการพัฒนา และบริหารจัดการไม้ผล (Fruit Board)”
- การรายงานในหัวข้อ “ปัญหาผลผลิตด้อยคุณภาพ (ทุเรียนอ่อน) และการส่งออกไม้ผลภาคใต้”
- การรายงานในหัวข้อ “การลงพื้นที่ตรวจสอบเนื้อที่ยืนต้นทุเรียน จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี นครศรีธรรมราช และตรัง”
- การบรรยายในหัวข้อ “กระบวนการนำเข้า – ส่งออก ไม้ผลภาคใต้ของด่านกักกันพืช”

ทั้งนี้ การประชุมดังกล่าวมีการระดมความคิดเห็นจากภาครัฐ สมาคม และผู้แทนเกษตรกรที่เกี่ยวข้องในระดับพื้นที่ โดยบูรณาการข้อมูลจากการสำรวจข้อมูลปริมาณการผลิตแบบ Digital Survey ของ สศท.8 และสศท.9 การติดตามสถานการณ์ การผลิตในพื้นที่ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดทำข้อมูลด้านปริมาณการผลิตไม้ผลให้มีความถูกต้อง แม่นยำสามารถนำไปใช้สนับสนุนการบริหารจัดการไม้ผลเศรษฐกิจอย่างเหมาะสมเป็นระบบทันต่อสถานการณ์ และเป็นข้อมูลประกอบการวางแผนและกำหนดนโยบายต่อไป

📣📣Mr. Siprai Bunyadet, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 9, assigned Ms. Sudarat Sae-ui, Senior Economist from OAE Region 9, to attend a preparatory meeting for the exhibition of agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives at the 2026 Songkhla Annual Fair and Red Cross Event. The meeting was held at the meeting room on the 2nd floor of the Songkhla Provincial Agricultural and Cooperative Office, Mueang District, Songkhla Province, and was chaired by Ms. Sunantha Manee, Senior Policy and Planning Analyst.
📣📣During the meeting, the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 9 presented the results of the evaluation of the exhibition at the 2025 Songkhla Annual Fair and Red Cross Event to inform the meeting about the problems, obstacles, and suggestions for improving this year's event to maximize benefits for attendees.📝

📣📣นายศรีไพร บุญยะเดช ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 9 ได้มอบหมายให้ นางสาวยศยา นิลอุบลเศรษฐกรปฏิบัติการ และเจ้าหน้าที่ สศท.9 เข้าร่วมงานโครงการคลินิกเกษตรเคลื่อนที่ในพระราชานุเคราะห์ สมเด็จพระบรมโอรสาธิราชฯ สยามมกุฎราชกุมาร ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ.2569 ครั้งที่ 3 ณ ศูนย์เรียนรู้ “คชาร่วมใจ” โรงเรียนทับช้างวิทยาคม ตำบลทับช้าง อำเภอนาทวี จังหวัดสงขลา โดยมีนายรัฐศาสตร์ ชิดชู ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดสงขลา เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดงาน และตรวจเยี่ยมการให้บริการคลินิกเกษตรในพระราชานุเคราะห์ ฯ ของส่วนราชการในสังกัด กระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ และหน่วยงานภาคีร่วมออกหน่วยบริการ
📣📣ในการนี้ สศท.9 จัดนิทรรศการ 🔸 AgriDataProv แพลตฟอร์ม Big Data ภาคเกษตรเพื่อการบริหารจังหวัด 🔸 OPEN DATA OF AGRICULTURE ข้อมูลเปิดภาครัฐด้านการเกษตร 🔸นำเสนองานวิจัย การศึกษาวิสาหกิจชุมชนการแปรรูปวัสดุเหลือใช้จากกาแฟ ในภาคใต้ตอนล่าง ซึ่งมีเกษตรกรและผู้สนใจขอเข้ารับบริการจากคลินิกเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อนำข้อมูลไปใช้ประโยชน์ต่อไป

🎯Mr. Siprai Bunyadet, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 9, assigned Ms. Yosaya Nilubol, Agricultural Economist, and other staff from OAE Region 9 to participate in the Mobile Agricultural Clinic Project under the Royal Patronage of His Royal Highness Crown Prince Maha Vajiralongkorn, Fiscal Year 2026, 3rd session, at the "Kacha Ruamjai" Learning Center, Thap Chang Wittayakom School, Thap Chang Subdistrict, Na Thawi District, Songkhla Province. Mr. Ratsasart Chidchu, Governor of Songkhla Province, presided over the opening ceremony and inspected the agricultural clinic services provided by government agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives and partner organizations.
🎯In this event, OAE Region 9 organized an exhibition showcasing: 📕 AgriDataProv, a Big Data platform for the agricultural sector for provincial administration; 📗OPEN DATA OF AGRICULTURE, open government data on agriculture; and 📙Presentation of research on community enterprises processing coffee waste materials in the lower southern region. Farmers and interested individuals continuously seek services from the agricultural economics clinic in order to utilize the information for further benefit.🤹‍♀️🤹‍♂️🌳🪴

นายศรีไพร บุญยะเดช ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 9 และคณะ ร่วมลงพื้นที่ตรวจราชการและติดตามงานตามนโยบายสำคัญของกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ในพื้นที่จังหวัดสตูล ของรัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ (นางสาวปิยะรัฐชย์ ติยะไพรัช) โดยมีกิจกรรมสำคัญ ดังนี้
จุดที่ 1 : วิสาหกิจชุมชนแปรรูปสมุนไพรบ้านเขาน้อย ตำบลย่านซื่อ อำเภอควนโดน จังหวัดสตูล เพื่อเยี่ยมชมการต้มขมิ้นเพื่อนำมาแปรรูป จุดตากขมิ้น โรงอบขมิ้น และการสไลด์ขมิ้น
จุดที่ 2 : องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลควนสตอ อำเภอควนโดน จังหวัดสตูล เพื่อเปิดงานวันถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยี (Field Day) การผลิตและการแปรรูปขมิ้นชันเพื่อการเภสัชกรรม ภายใต้โครงการความร่วมมือระหว่างเยอรมัน – ไทย พร้อมทั้งมอบปัจจัยการผลิตทางการเกษตร อาทิเช่น หัวพันธุ์ขมิ้นชัน กระสอบ ถ่านไบโอชาร์ เยี่ยมชมสถานีเรียนรู้ และบูธนิทรรศการ
จุดที่ 3 : ที่ทำการวิสาหกิจชุมชนไร่ (อ.การเกษตร) อำเภอควนกาหลง จังหวัดสตูล เพื่อรับฟังการบรรยาย “กระบวนการผลิตกล้วยหอมทองคุณภาพ” เยี่ยมชมกระบวนการเพาะเลี้ยงเนื้อเยื่อกล้วยหอมทองอย่างง่าย โรงอนุบาลกล้วยหอมทองจากการเพาะเลี้ยงเนื้อเยื่อ แปลงปลูกกล้วยหอมทองจากการเพาะเลี้ยงเนื้อเยื่อ และเยี่ยมชมการจัดการ กล้วยหอมทองหลังการเก็บเกี่ยว
ทั้งนี้ ได้รับฟังการมอบนโยบายของรัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ พบปะเกษตรกรเพื่อรับฟังประเด็นปัญหาด้านการเกษตร และรับฟังความต้องการความช่วยเหลือของเกษตรกร

Mr. Siprai Bunyadet, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 9, together with his delegation, conducted an official field visit to Satun Province to monitor and follow up on key policies of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives under the supervision of the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives (Ms. Piyarat Tiyapairat). The main activities were as follows:
Site 1: Ban Khao Noi Herbal Processing Community Enterprise, Yan Sue Subdistrict, Khuan Don District, Satun Province. The delegation observed turmeric processing activities, including boiling, drying, oven-drying, and slicing processes.
Site 2: Khuan Sato Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Khuan Don District, Satun Province. The delegation presided over the opening ceremony of the Field Day on turmeric production and processing for pharmaceutical purposes under the German–Thai cooperation project. Agricultural inputs were distributed, including turmeric rhizomes, sacks, and biochar. The team also visited learning stations and exhibition booths.
Site 3: Community Enterprise Office (Agricultural District), Khuan Kalong District, Satun Province. The delegation attended a lecture on “Quality Production Process of Hom Thong Bananas,” visited a simple tissue culture laboratory, a nursery for tissue-cultured Hom Thong bananas, cultivation plots, and post-harvest management processes.
On this occasion, the delegation also received policy guidance from the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives, met with local farmers to discuss agricultural challenges, and gathered feedback on their needs for support and assistance.
