ศูนย์สิ่งแวดล้อมและการจัดการที่ยั่งยืน ม.พะเยา ร่วมขับเคลื่อนองค์กรโปร่งใส เข้าร่วมอบรมคุณธรรมจริยธรรมและนโยบาย No Gift Policy
วันจันทร์ที่ 11 พฤษภาคม 2569 ดร.ปรัชญ์ ปิงเมืองเหล็ก ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์สิ่งแวดล้อมฯ พร้อมด้วยหัวหน้างาน เข้าร่วมโครงการส่งเสริมคุณธรรมจริยธรรม และความโปร่งใสภายใต้หลักธรรมาภิบาล มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา หัวข้อ “การส่งเสริมคุณธรรมจริยธรรม ควบคู่การขับเคลื่อนนโยบายไม่รับของขวัญ และการปฏิบัติตามหลักเกณฑ์การรับทรัพย์สินโดยธรรมจรรยา” ซึ่งจัดโดยกองกฎหมาย มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ณ อาคารเรียนรวม CE มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา
ในการนี้ บุคลากรศูนย์สิ่งแวดล้อมและการจัดการที่ยั่งยืน ได้เข้าร่วมการอบรมผ่านระบบ Microsoft Teams เพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้ ความเข้าใจด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม หลักธรรมาภิบาล ตลอดจนสร้างความตระหนักรู้เกี่ยวกับนโยบายไม่รับของขวัญ (No Gift Policy) และแนวปฏิบัติในการรับทรัพย์สินหรือประโยชน์อื่นใดโดยธรรมจรรยาอย่างถูกต้อง โปร่งใส และเป็นธรรม
ภายในโครงการได้รับเกียรติจาก นายวัชรินทร์ คำมา พนักงานไต่สวน ระดับสูง สำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. ภาค 5 เป็นวิทยากรบรรยายให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับหลักคุณธรรมและจริยธรรมสำหรับบุคลากร แนวคิดและความสำคัญของนโยบาย No Gift Policy รวมถึงแนวปฏิบัติที่ถูกต้องเกี่ยวกับการรับทรัพย์สินโดยธรรมจรรยา เพื่อเสริมสร้างแนวทางการปฏิบัติงานที่โปร่งใสและตรวจสอบได้
การเข้าร่วมโครงการในครั้งนี้ สะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นของศูนย์สิ่งแวดล้อมและการจัดการที่ยั่งยืน มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ในการร่วมขับเคลื่อนองค์กรตามหลักธรรมาภิบาล ส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมองค์กรที่ยึดมั่นในความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต ความโปร่งใส และการป้องกันการทุจริต เพื่อการพัฒนาองค์กรอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและยั่งยืนต่อไป

The Center of Environment and Sustainable Management, University of Phayao, Joins the Drive for Organizational Transparency through Ethics and No Gift Policy Training
On Monday, 11 May 2026, Dr. Prus Pingmuanglek, Director of The Center of Environment and Sustainable Management, together with department heads, participated in the project on promoting ethics, morality, and transparency under the principles of good governance at the University of Phayao. The project, titled “Promoting Ethics and Morality alongside the Implementation of the No Gift Policy and Guidelines on Receiving Assets by Moral and Ethical Standards,” was organized by the Division of Legal Affairs, University of Phayao, and held at the CE Building, University of Phayao.
On this occasion, personnel from The Center of Environment and Sustainable Management attended the training via Microsoft Teams to enhance their knowledge and understanding of ethics, morality, and good governance principles. The training also aimed to raise awareness of the No Gift Policy and proper practices regarding the acceptance of assets or other benefits in accordance with moral and ethical standards in a transparent and fair manner.
The project was honored by the presence of Mr. Watcharin Khamma, Senior Inquiry Official from the Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC), Region 5, who served as the guest speaker. He delivered lectures on ethics and morality principles for university personnel, the concepts and importance of the No Gift Policy, and proper guidelines for receiving assets by moral standards, in order to strengthen transparent and accountable work practices among administrators and staff.
Participation in this project reflects the strong commitment of The Center of Environment and Sustainable Management, University of Phayao, to promoting good governance, fostering a culture of integrity, transparency, and anti-corruption, and supporting the sustainable and effective development of the organization.
