Their parade marked the completion of 38 weeks of rigorous training, where our Midshipmen honed their vocational skills, leadership, and planning abilities. Their batch motto, , reminds them of the trials and familial bonds forged on their journey.

They progressed from classroom lessons to realistic practical sessions at the simulators, and culminating in a series of assessments. Having successfully completed the course, they will now take on their next appointment as Assistant Operations Officers (AOPS).

Benvenuti! 🇮🇹

We welcomed the Italian Navy's (ITN) Thaon di Revel-class offshore patrol vessel ITS Giovanni delle Bande Nere to RSS Singapura - Changi Naval Base last week.

During the port call, sailors from both navies engaged in a series of interactions, which were good opportunities to strengthen professional knowledge and mutual understanding.

Our Formidable-class frigate RSS Steadfast also conducted a Passage Exercise (PASSEX) with ITS Giovanni delle Bande Nere.

We look forward to future interactions with our ITN counterparts!
