Did you graduate Recruit Training Command on or after June 1, 2024, and not receive a full seabag?

The Navy’s Uniform Electronic Gift Card Program helps eligible Active and Reserve Sailors receive required uniform items they did not get after RTC because of uniform supply chain shortages.

Eligible Sailors may receive a Navy Exchange e-gift card to redeem missing required uniform items at any Navy Exchange Uniform Center with no out-of-pocket cost.
Here’s what to do:
1. Check your email for a DFAS SmartDocs notification.
2. Email NEXCOM at [email protected].
3. Include your full name, graduating company or division, graduation date, phone number and personal email address.
4. Once verified, use your e-gift card at any Navy Exchange Uniform Center.

Already paid out of pocket? Contact the Navy Uniform Matters Office at [email protected] and provide details on the items owed and receipts showing the date and cost of purchase.

The Navy has your six. Get what you’re owed.

NSA Singapore had the opportunity to support an early morning PT session and provide a private installation tour for our guests at Sembawang this week.

The visit offered a unique opportunity to showcase the mission, capabilities, and community that make NSA Singapore a vital part of supporting U.S. Navy operations in the Indo-Pacific region. Following PT, participants received a behind-the-scenes look at the installation and learned more about the services, partnerships, and people that contribute to our success every day.

Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make the visit a success. Opportunities like these strengthen relationships, foster collaboration, and highlight the important work being done across our installation.
